tips para lumiit ang tyan

I have a problem I really want to have a flat tummy but the problem is I dont know what and how to start. May iniinom ba na pampapayat for tummy lang ayoko pumayat ang face ko. If diet ano mga bawal?exercise naman jogging ba muna o kahit sit ups lang ilan po for beginners?

eat foods rich in vitamin C from jillian of the biggest loser
do cardio then sit ups much more effective

or baka water retention lang yan. try Jillian's tea recipe

try no rice for a week! kasi ako no rice ako di notice pagpayat ko but medyo nag flatten yung tummy ko :)

100 sit ups in the morning works for me kahit papano. pero i happen to to this for years na talaga. morning routine ko kaya wala ako puson unlike ng mga ka age ko.

Pero talagang may flabs ang lovehandles ko. parang di na talaga sya nawawala. pero hindi naman sya malaki, belly fats talaga kasi matakaw parin naman ako.

hi sis, try cardio muna. para mamayat. do running, jogging or brisk walking, for atleast 30 minutes a day, everyday. tapos no rice, and eat more veggies and fruits, saka water. tapos mag crunches ka,start mo sa 15 counts, 3 sets. gawin mo yun everyday. :)

the best thing: eat only a portion of rice, avoid soft drinks (or any carbonated drinks) at wag uupo after kumain. then everytime you walk or nakaupo, laging stomach in, basta masanay na nakastomach in ka lage

Add ko lang sa tip na wag uupo after kumain, move your feet a bit like up and down, wag yung standing lang talaga. I was doing this for a month bawas ang bilbil ko.

Also, rice lang in the morning, after 2 PM wala ng rice dapat. No sugary foods.

I use a binder at home too, kasi minsan if we tend to wear flowy clothes (dusters or big shirts) it gives your belly time to expand, the binder helps you hold it in and improve your posture too.

thanks for some tips here. pero i have a question naman

i lost weight last year and got to the weight i targeted. ito yung weight ko 2 years ago. lumiit naman belly ko pero yung waisltine ko parang malaki pa din at di na tulad ng dati.  can i blame it on age and being apple shaped OR do i need to lose more weight pa?

^ i think sis, its not on losing weight anymore.  maybe you need to tone the abs muscle na para lumiit.  it's time for you to do some abs exercise :P

i dont have a big belly naman, puson lang napapansin ko mejo lumalaki kase siguro dahil sa pills yun..

i think you should also do cardio before toning via sit-ups and crunches.  :)

sakin kasi yun ang naging effective.

mga sis, para mawala ang puson, do the leg raise.

eto:
1. higa kayo, [textspeak!] likod nio nakaflat sa floor. pati mga kamay naka flat sa floor.
2. lagay nio yung hands nio na nakaflat parin sa floor sa ilalim ng butt nio. so parang tumaas yung pelvic area nio ng konte.
3. then, sempre naka extend ang legs nio pa, try raising them papunta sa direction ng mukha nio. so parang niffold mo lang un katawan mo, pero feel the effort on your lower abs.

do that 12 counts muna, basta laging 3 sets. kapag nasanay na, i-increase nio un counts to 15, then 20 tapos 25 hanggang makaya nio 50 per set. :)
