sis ako after 12 weeks ako nagtravel. nagkadelay pa flight ko. lagpas 24 hours ako total sa biyahe. pero all in all, ok naman ako. ang napansin ko lang na difference is naging queasy ako during take off and landing, but pag steady na, no problems. i never had issues travelling naman and no stress thing saken magtravel by air, PERO after 12 weeks talaga yung flight ko. critical nga daw yung first 12 weeks. if you think na di ka mastrestress tapos mahilig ka naman magbiyahe or madalas, baka kaya mo naman. magbaon ka din ng food na gusto mo from the airport kasi baka di mo magustuhan plane food.
nagbiyahe ako at 13-14 weeks. two transfers from US. everything went smoothly naman. and i think even if earlier ako nagtravel magiging ganun din result- A OK. basta wag ka na magbuhat pala ng mabigat. i usually lug around an overnight bag pa for my handcarry pero di ko ginawa yun. as much as possible make yourself comfortable lalo na if may transfer ka, mas ok yung walang dala. pouch or shoulder bag lang, get all your papers ready para mabilis ka lang sa airport. icheckin mo na yung iba tapos syempre may wheels dapat bag mo para di mo kelangan buhatin yung buong weight. get an aisle seat para no hassle sayo magpunta sa restroom. taposask for an extra pillow if di comfortable lower back mo. i didnt take any kind of medications prior my flight kasi i was never prone to motion sickness naman maski before. kaya nagulat ako nung take off at landing i felt queasy talaga pero it was manageable. magbaon ka din ng slipper socks para relaxde pati feet mo. maaliit na roll lang naman yun, kasyang kasya sa shoulder bag hehe!
