my OB advised me to use just mild soaps and not to use feminine wash lalo na lactacyd and ph care.. kasi daw mashado daw malakas yung mga yun and mas prone sa UTI pag gumamit ng ganun.. sabi sakin na dapat gumagamit lang nun pag may monthly period. kasi sa lakas daw ng mga yun nakakawala na daw ng acidity something ng vagina.. hindi ko na gaano matandaan pa yung ibang explanation nya.. hehe.. sa ngayon I just use baby mild soaps like Johnson's.. :)

i also asked my ob if ok lang ba ang summer's eve unscented. no daw. mild soap (once a day) and water lang.  so i'm using cetaphil.  but i still wash with mild soap twice a day (morning and night).
