everyone's into whitening their knees huh?  ??? anyhoo, calamansi works well. pero tyaga lang, may mga whitening creams na available and if you have moolah, try to have it peel, bleach etc. or seek for professional.

one cause of dark knees (as well as elbows, and inginual/singit) is friction.

those are the parts of our skin which folds & constantly rubs with whatever we wear & surfaces they contact with (like floor & table). they are also usually dry which makes themeasily get dark.

moisturizing is the key to preventin dark knees/elbows. keep them hydrated throughout the day. if you are at work, you could apply body butter or lotion...

when you exfoliate you should pay extra special attention to these areas. but don't overdo it (excessive or rubbing to hard) cause too much friction could also cause skin darkening

Try Erase Solution. Meron naman 7mL worth P95 para lang malaman mo kung hiyang ka dun or not. :)

lemon for sure. apply it everyday, kahit nood kayo tv, ibabad nyo lang sa knees nyo then banlawan nyo after 30 mins or longer. tapos pahid ng bleaching cream, hanap na lang sa mall ng mga bleaching cream kahit anong brand. alam ko sa Lets Face It merong bleaching service for the knees/armpits di ko lang alam kung meron pa or how much. tsaka alam ko meron bleaching cream sa SM na maliit lang lalagyan, i dunno the name pero nasa pic pa nga mismo kung ano target nya iwhiten, maliit lang sya na less than 300pesos. pero im sure lemon/calamansi everyday for two weeks, sigurado kahit pano may results yan.

Have you ever tried Chin Chun Su? It's very effective! But it takes time to see the results. The good thing about it is it's cheap! About 25php or less. We have a CCS thread here in GT. It's available @ Hortaleza/Mercury drug. You can buy it to these stores to make sure that it's not fake. I use to use this even on my face. But if your concern is your elbows/knees/feet, then this will surely help. :)

Tama ito. I started using this z.e.n. soap variant (non-whitening), siguro sobrang moisturizing siya, it made such a difference.

This is also the reason why sunflower/grapeseed/etc oils work on some people's undereye darkness (they have brown-based darkness, as opposed to blue-based na dahil sa little veins -- in which case, you just need to thicken the skin para hindi masyado exposed yung mga mini-ugat)

calamansi 2 weeks to a month as long as you apply it on your target areas religiously, and use it along with potent whitening creams.

I think chinchunsu makes a lot of sense to whiten your dark knees, I remember a colleague who applies this on her feet, pumuti daw talaga and I did the same, only, tinamad ako to follow through.
