I remember my pre-preg weight is 100lbs, last preggy weight is 137lbs tapos 2weeks after ng delivery 114lbs,and now 2 mons after delivery I am 108lbs, kaya to those na nagwoworry about the weight gain, make sure na you only eat healthy kasi it's both for you and the baby, you can give in to some cravings once in a while (especially on sweets) pero make sure na on track lagi ang weight gain para hindi mag lead to gdm, tapos after malabas si baby.....BREASTFEED!!! it is the best weight loss program!!

the baby get's fat and mommy loses weight it's a win-win situation
