I wanna take up a refresher's course in driving again

what's a nice but not so expensive school? I plan to get 5 or 10 hours lang coz I'm kinda busy with work also so isisingit ko lang sa schedule ko e

I prefer sana it's with Bonifacio Global City so it's more accessible to me.

magpapaturo nalang ako sa nagturo sakin sa driving school, kung may sarili kang car, enroll ka ng 5 hours lesson then ask the instructor kung nagprivate lesson sila.

A1 Sm dasma cavite is the best driving school for me.why?
1. Mabait, di naninigaw, at clear magpaliwanag yung instructor ko
2. They will ask what car do you prefer, then yun ibibigay sayo, masarap idrive yung car nila.
3. May mini car at paper na dala yung instructor, idedemo dun yung dapat mong gawin
4. Di dinadaya ng instructor yung rating nya sa mga dapat mong iimprove and tanda nya yun for the next session
5. I only enrolled for 10hrs, pero lahat natutunan ko, even defensive driving etc
6. They will give you techniques para di ka mahirapan,especially sa hanging
7. Lahat ng klaseng roads ipapaexperience sayo ng instructor; masisikip, traffic, matatarik (tagaytay & silang), highway. Siguro off lang talaga magpaturo sa manila kasi dito sa Cavite maraming pwedeng puntahan para maexperience mo lahat ng klaseng roads.
8. February ako nagpaturo sa A1, pero now perfect ko na magdrive, from Cavite to Marikina kaya ko ng magdrive, even Edsa ,SLEX, etc.
9. On time ang instructor, not overrated pero humanga ako sa pagmamanage nya ng time,kasi kahit ang layo na namin sa sm, andami nyang alam na shortcut pero natuturo nya lahat ng dapat nya ituro for that particular session, yung last 3hrs nga review na lang ako sa mga ginagawa ko. gamay na gamay na siguro nya talaga magturo.
10. Kaya ko ng magturo sa iba ngayon magdrive, yung brother ko natuto agad sakin, sinasabi ko lang naman lahat ng natutunan ko dun

^wow, ganda ng experience mo sa A1. plano ko din mag-enrol pero mahal daw dyan sa A1 eh, totoo ba yun? taga-cavite din ako, pero bacoor naman.

7k yung sakin, dapat 5500 pero sabi ko ayaw ko magpalit ng instructor, gusto ko isa lang for all session so additional fee yun kaya 7k. sabi ko din, pinakamagaling yung ibigay sakin, buti naman ako masunurin sila.hehe. ok lang na mahal basta matututo ka naman...all is very worth it naman.

I enrolled in A1 already. Refresher's course for 5 hours since I took up lessons with them few years ago.. Wasnt able to practice it lang so I decided to take up lessons again then I'll ask our driver to continue guide me na while practicing afterwards.

my younger sister will be taking up her beginner's lesson also.. I think we will have the same instructor.

Sino may kilalang driving instructor from driving school na nagooffer ng private tutorial? I enrolled sa smart pero hindi pa din ako masyadong natuto.

now I'm scouting for a good driving instructor. since may sarili na naman akong car. Thanks sa magrereply.

sis crunchymyx22, ilang hours yung lessons mo? sana ganyan din maging experience ng ate ko, sponsor ko kasi ang driving lessons nya kasi di ako pwede, sya na lang gagawin kong driver pansamantagal. hehe.

update on my private instructor. so far so good. nakapagpark naman ako sa parking ng office namen na nasa 7th floor. ang dami kong new techniques na natutunan, plus mas relax ako ngayon walang kaba kahit pa sariling car ko yung gamit unlike nung nasa driving school ako. and lastly nakapagdrive na ko sa edsa.

from sta. mesa to qc then to makati.

puede mo ba ishare kung anung new technique? sobrang konti lang kasi oras ko noon sakanya, kasi ibang time ibang instructor ko eh, tapos most of the time late ako ng 30 minutes, hehe, pero madame pa din akong natutunan sakanya, kumusta swerving mo? dun ako naiistress eh

1.To all the people who have had their driving lessons in either A1, Smart driving shcool or Socialite Driving School, can you please post kung ano ginagawa or scope of lessons ninyo per day? kungwari sa Day 1: classroom discussions etc...

2.How much is the fee for beginner's driving lesson sa socialite, smart, a1 and other driving schools? How many hours? and how many hours per day ang nakukuha ninyo?

^ If you're from the South, you may want to check out HSDC. Their approach is very methodical and thorough.

sa A1 may checklist pa sila ng mga gagawin mo, nakaindicate dun if anong dapat mo iimprove and dapat mong tutukan hanggang maging ok ka na sa modules mo like:

starting
stopping
backing
maneuvering (2 point, 3 point, u-turn)
parking

^Ok sa Universal Driving School (j.P. rizal and pedro gil branch).I enrolled refresher course and got extra 1 hour for free (2 kasi kami ng sister ko ang nag enroll.. hehe). Though papalit-palit sila ng instructor and ng car na ginagamit, the instructors were so patient and mabait naman. Di sila naninigaw pag nagkamali ka. Di rin sila yung tipong gagawin kang driver. My sister is new into driving and talagang 0 knowledge sya, pero after 2 days of driving palang with Universal Driving, marunong na syang mag drive. Our instructors btw are: kuya Randy, Rommel, Onyok and Joven. The cars that I drove are: Innova, Vios and Honda city (all manual transmission).
