Have you ever thought why OCP should be the treatment for hormonal imbalance when preventing pregnancy is not the way the hormones were designed to work?

i have hormonal imbalance irregular kasi ako minsan sa 1 month hindi ako nagkakameron nun first [textspeak!] ko mag pa ultrasound sabi ni OB un may pagka hormonal imbalance ako, renesetahan nya ako ng gamot kaya lang aun hindi ko nasunod [textspeak!] pag inom, kaya after 3 years nagulat na lang ako almost 3 months akong hindi nagkameron i thought na buntis ako pero hindi pala, nag pa TVU ako dun ko nalaman na meron akong polycystic like features on both ovaries, kaya may renecommend sya saken na pills yung YAZ pills, first [textspeak!] ko lang uminom ngaun ng pills. sabe ni OB para maregulate daw yung mens ko and para malinis na din daw. and diet and exercise din daw. :)

Have you heard of DLC? Meron silang product na soybean germ para talaga siya sa hormonal imbalance ng mga babae. Meron akong friend na 5 times a year lang nag me menstruate after niya uminom naging monthly na tlaga yung period niya.

Hello everyone. Just want to share this - hormonal imbalance po kasi can be hereditary, lifestyle, etc ninyo. - people doesn't know that taking contraceptive pills ay me run balk before of its contraindications ... some doctor won't tell this for no reason... but if you are sick na they will ask you if you used contraceptive pills before... why i know since i know hehe because i do research po...

Kung wala po kayo still period baka naman po buntis na kayo hehe...

The reason also na me run ganyan like spotting and so on .. is due to STRESS! yup! STRESS! STRESS! STRESS.... kapag stress po kasi puwede kayo magkaroon ng hormonal balance immediately... mas malala kung kapapanganak nyo lang which can lead to hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism or next hashimotos....

Anyway, if you want to ask more let me know po ... I'm willing to discuss this ...

hi sis drskin, its so sad to hear that some doctors do not totally discuss the contraindications and adverse effects of hormonal pills.  :( in my case, diniscuss naman ito ng ob ko. so, hindi ako pwede uminom ng tuloy-tuloy, i have a schedule of when to come back for a followup-checkup after a certain period, then meron akong "period of rest".

sis joney22 - i haven't heard of DLC yet, but, it is said that soy can help restore our estrogen level, however, if taken in large amounts, "may lead to a decline in fertility, ovulatory dysfunction and irregular menstrual cycles". search mo na lang din online sis, but BEST to consult your doctor  ;)

Soy milk is also good. It contains estrogen hormones. I've been taking this lately and it helps a lot for me.

sis, as in soya milk? 2 months na akong wala e, 2nd time na this yr na may ganun kahaba yun cycle ko. negative PT twice naman. i want to regulate my period pero ayaw ko sana mag pills or metformin etc kasi super sama ng pakiramadam ko pag take ko yun.

i used to have hormonal imbalanced. sinabihan ako ng OB ko na magpills. After few months of using it naging ok na yun period ko at naging 3 days na lang :) na dating 1week and half. sabi ng iba magiging moody ka daw paggumamit ka ng pills pero parang iba ang effect sa aken. naging mas mahaba ang pasensya ko, naging firm skin ko at a bit pinkish. pwera usog pills. Dr. dindin mendoza of Makati Med gave me Gracial OCP :) thanks ate but she wants you to have your transV first para alam na nature ng prob mo.

@dimplesz  Im so sorry that i cannot answer your private message hinde po kasi ako marunong. Mahilig lang ako magmabasa dito pero minsan matagal ako hinde nag lolog on kapag sobrang busy.

From what i've heard from you .. it seems that medyo mixed and nangyayari ... definitely there would be hormonal imbalance...  lalo na me run palang baby sa tummy mo... (congrats!)  please try to check your tsh irma and anti tpo  po muna - isang extraction lang yan ng dugo.

Second, normally ganyan talaga and feeling kpaag buntis ..... irritated, depressed etc etc. anyway... yung parang may nakabara sa lalamunan mo yun and medyo nag trigger para sa akin to ask you to check those things.... anyway.. please visit your ob gene and endocrinologist. kung ayaw mo gumastos sa consultation you can immediately ask for tsp irma and anti tpo test.

hi sis, are these the tests para malaman kung may hormonal imbalance ba talaga?  I suspect kasi na meron din ako.  But I want to make sure first.  When i have the results of the above tests, khit ob gyne lang can interpret the results? wala kasi ako kilala endocrinologist eh.

Thanks!

feeling ko mayroon din ako nito due to cystic pimples sa jaw and chin area. sana may sumagot kung saan ba talaga mgpapacheck-up kung sa ob or endocrinologist and what tests ang gagawin.
I place everything in your hands.♥

Hi mga sis. Pa subscribe. :)

May chika ako hahaha. I have the worst hormonal imbalance I have ever known. Before, 14 MONTHS akong walang sign of bleeding. Hahahaha kamusta naman! And then from March until last last week, I was bleeding very lightly (yup dirediretso). And then I took these vitamins ata nila mama (naki echos ako kasi ang ganda ng epek sakanila haha). Tapos I bled heavily for 3 days! Ngayon pawala na mens ko. :)

I'm just super happy na feeling ko naaayos na to! Pag nagkaroon ulit ako in 3-5months MIRACLE NA YUN. Hahahahahaha! I'll update you sisses. :)
This heart beats only for You.

Hello everyone. :))
