I started last month sa GG Katipunan.Ang complaint ko--mainit, kulang ang airconditioning. Up to now they havent remedied the hot situation. Galing ako from Fitness First. Mas maraming group exercise sa FF at mga machines. I transferred and got the 1 year membership because the rate was lower. Now, miss ko na FF.

may nakuha akong voucher dati sa metrodeal eh, 10 sessions for 1k something. eh nagustuhan ko.. parang gusto ko na mag-member pero ayoko ng may trainer. ayoko kasi ng pinapanood ako while working out haha. gusto ko lang talaga yung treadmill at elliptical

for those who go to this gym and have tried Fitness First too, how does gthe latter's machines differ from Gold's? How about for the group classes?

^hi sis ako nag aattend ng zumba class sa Muñoz branch, pag yung Alex ang instructor ang saya saya.. tas pag tuesday si warren naman sa simply step, wagas ang pawis ko

a ok! Golds glorietta kasi ako. pamember ka na!

aside from elliptical, you might want to try dance classes like zumba, hip hop among others... pero I suggest siyempre mag weights ka pa din para toned yung body mo

i tried zumba sa gold's Rob ortigas and yes it was fun

gusto ko nga talaga kaso naman either credit card or cash payment which i dont have. I dont use credit card pero malaki namn mayado kapag cash, sana may promo like 3 mos or so lang sila para di namn nakakabigla hehe almost 20k for a year kasi:(

^sis dyan ba sa 3 months membership nila, is it all in? included na lahat? di rin kasi ako sure na makakatagal ako ng 1 yr, ok sakin up to 3 months gusto ko itry dito sa may centris since mag oopen na sila malapit pa sa work ko.

^hi sis.. nag-inquire ako kagabe, Php 2750.00 one month 12 visits (3x a week)
Php 3800.00 one month din (4x a week), 20 + 4 visits Php 5,500.00 (consumable for 6 months naman) sa muñoz yan sis ha.. try mo rin sa centris kasi usually may opening promo sila sa mga bagong Gold's gym, may free trial ata sila.. go ka na sis masaya ang magzumba..
