GPO [Green Peeling Oil]
« on: September 23, 2010, 09:12:35 pm »
I tried GPO sa UA, I didnt know na dapat pala wag babasain. I used it for 2 consecutive days, pinahid ko using cotton balls. nakakaloka ang peeling, inabot ng 1 week, ok naman result pero grabe and hapdi nung nilagyan ko na ng 4-in-1 bleaching cream.

sa mga sis na nakagamit na ng GPO, how do you use it and bukod sa UA, san pa ba siya safe gamitin?

thanks!

i use GPO sa face but not with a cotton ball. just a few drops around 2 will do and then massage. i use it also sa feet ko pag gabi pag feeling po parang umiitim yung paa ko sa slipper marks or shoes mark. thats the only use of gpo sa akin. i never used it sa UA.

GPO that you use sa face is the same that you use sa UA. it is for peeling as the name states. i buy my gpo sa BCP. for me tested na talaga to kasi it will remove your deadskin tapos it will give you a soft rosy complexion. i just dont know about dun sa mga sets na binebenta online.

I've tried GPO on my face (years back, college pa ko), UA, legs and feet. Sa UA medyo obvious pag peel pero I tried using it on my scar sa legs and on my feet para pumuti kaso nabagalan ako. I used glycolic acid solution 20% on my feet and scars sa legs mas mabilis siya magpeel, the next day peel agad.

I used GPO on my UA back in college because I was frustrated with my chicken skin. I bought it here on GT I think 2003 pa. After it peeled completely, maganda yung effect, kuminis ng konti, parang nagflatten yung chicken skin. But after a while napansin ko umitin UA ko so i never used it again and stored it on top of my dresser. Nakita ng mom ko and got curious (was not able to warn her).. she used it on her face kasi may melasma (brown spots) siya sa cheeks. Nagpeel skin niya after 3 days tapos sobrang reklamo siya na ang hapdi hapdi ng pisngi niya at sobrang pula. Sabi niya parang naburn yung pakiramdam so she stopped using it and applied aloe gel on her face. After magsubside, lumala pa yung brown spots niya. So officially banned na ang GPO from our beauty list. I asked the seller, she said hindi daw talaga yung pang-face. Dapat daw yung Pink Peeling Oil kasi it's milder.

i have a friend na nagsesell ng ganyan sis.

using GPO sa face is not recommended kasi pag hindi tama yung amount mamumula yung face.

ako i used it sa underarms ko maganda nga yun effect nya nagbalat talaga tapos maputi na after. pero set yung binili ko and may complete instructions kaya nagamit ko ng maayos

sabi nung seller pwede din daw sa dark spots like pimple marks pero dun lang sa mark dont put it sa whole face

meh binilhan ako sa Cubao area sis.. I personally went there kaso hindi readily available ang Glycolic acid nila, you have to order in advance and merong minimum number of bottles.. 3 bottles yata na 60ml order namin noon.. Pwede kita i-refer or I'll email you the price list.. PM me na lang..

GPO can be used sa face that i am sure but as what you said mga sis use it correctly.

@geishamom: as you said di mo nawarn ang mom mo so maybe she put on too much and used cotton / cotton balls instead of just using her fingertips and just applying 1-2 drops and then massage it sa face. also, gpo is not recomended for those who have melasma / brown spots as this is not the cure / prevention for said skin disorder.

as for BCP: yes it is near mcdo.

as for those who are asking if the one in cubao are is the same i do not know because i only go to their dapitan store which is actually their only official store in manila (so far) except syempre yung mga diana stalder clinics but what they sell there are "diana stalder" products not "BCP".

i am not for GPO i am just telling my experience and so far it works for me. well... what may work for me maybe a disaster to someone d ba...  :)

ohh, i forgot to answer about dun na itim itim thing. when you decide to try gpo sa face your skin wont turn black / red. it will just have a minor peeling for around 3-5 days. but no "sunog effect" pero kaw mag peel.
