As for Globe, no updates or whatsoever, I think tatawag lang sila para sa bills, well sorry sila di ako magbabayad! I think Globe and Smart if their customer support is like that - abandoning customer problems, it looks like no one is monitoring them kasi kahit supervisor walang action sa problem, I think, acting supervisors lang siguro sila, agents lang din mga yun. Special case daw eh, ni hindi nag call back ang mga robots na yun.
