^Hopefully.

I have Wi-Tribe for more than a year now. I usually get 4-5 bars and so far, it's been very consistent but watching youtube is a bit tedious as loading videos are really slow going . It might only be good for browsing, facebook, chat, and email so I am looking for a 2-3Mbps connection but I picked Globe and I really regret it.

I am now considering either PLDT or SkyBroadband. Gusto ko sana sky but I am not sure about its reliability, mixed reviews din kasi. They said sky is ideal for average users who don't do online gaming and torrents. Consistent kaya yung 5-12 mbps ng Sky?

Do you guys know if its possible to apply for PLDT DSL using my mom's existing PLDT landline with internet? Kaya ba ng splitter yun para I don't need to avail their landline?

^sis, ganyang ganyan din ang nangyari sa akin early 2010. Pero Smart naman. after long discussion at talagang irate caller na ako almost every night for a month, tsaka lang nila sinabi na unserviceable daw yung area ko. nicut na nila ang service pero binibill parin ako even after I signed yung papers for termination kasi nga unserviceable yung area ko. after ilang bill statements at hindi parin inaayos, deadma na lang. baka Stroke kakahinatnan ko sa kanila ambobobo pa naman ng CSR and Supervisors nila. hmp!

i use PLDT DSL.. no problems kahit pa nung nag Ondoy and other strong typhoons..

As for Globe, no updates or whatsoever, I think tatawag lang sila para sa bills, well sorry sila di ako magbabayad! I think Globe and Smart if their customer support is like that - abandoning customer problems, it looks like no one is monitoring them kasi kahit supervisor walang action sa problem, I think, acting supervisors lang siguro sila, agents lang din mga yun. Special case daw eh, ni hindi nag call back ang mga robots na yun.

We use SkyBroadband. Connection is very good. Downloading is fast too:)

wi-tribe sucks at our place, pibatry samin and ayun walang kasing bagal.. pero dahil yung iba naman ayos daw sakanila feeling ko sa lugar lajg namin..

globe, no comment

sun, mahina rin samin..

pldt-pinakamatagal na namin for four years na..it was good kaya lang parang for 6months nagkaro kami ng problem in connecting bumagal na tas madalas ayaw magconnect..

we switched to smart bro now, it's been a month and so far so good

i-cacancel ko na ata subscription ko sa smart bro at ipapa udgrade ko nalang yung PLDT DSL namin.. nababadtrip nako sa smart bro kasi palagi nalang mabagal..

We're subscribed to digitel dsl. Laguna area kasi kami. So far so good. Quick naman ang responses every time may issues, which so far twice palang in a matter of a year. Mabilis din magload and satisfied pa naman kami sa service nila. Originally, plan ko is pldt dsl kaya Lang sabi sa office nila in our area Hindi nila kami abot.

upgraded to PLDT DSL 2mbps grabe kahit mag PS3 pinsan ko habang nanonood ako sa YT walang lag.. pinagaawayan namin yun dati eh..

roughly 2700/month yung bill.. 2600something sya eh i forgot na..

There's nothing best... because your internet connection is dependent sa area mo.

Go for one that works in your area. Ask around.

Sa place ko, PLDT is the one that works best. May Globelines din dito, but I've seen it's performance at the same Mbps and PLDT is better.

I have friends who are happier with Globelines than PLDT.

Those wireless internet, they only work well if the weather is fine and you are on a flat terrain. They are affected by weather disturbances. Pag umulan o bumagyo it fails.

Pwede kaya ako magpakabit ng bayanDSL if I'm using laptop lang? I read sa website na kailangan PC. I'm not sure if I understood it correctly.
