^ in our case, matagal sila sa lahat ng bagay. matagal pati sa pagtransfer ng location, matagal sa pagterminate. matagal sa pagsagot ng inquiries. based lang naman yan sa experience ko. :D

Strict ba talaga sila sa termination fee?  Ang tagal kasi ng lock-in periods e, either 1 year or 2 years...

^ ganun talaga ang termination periods ng mga DSL natin dito. it's not just the Philippines though, ganun din sa ibang countries.

Before - PLDT , grabe I hate their service. Madalas nawawalan kami ng net and pag nireport minsan inaabot ng half a month bago sila umaksyon. Araw araw pa ko tumatawag nun ha and our plan is 2k+/month. Pag nagfluctuat ang kuryente nawawalan ng dial tone ang landline and hassle kasi pano ko irereport? I have to use my cellphone pa eh ang tagal ng hold sa customer service nila

Now - Smartbro postpaid, Im happy with it. 999/month, no landline(we dont need it anyway). Its fast, it rarely loses connection. And customer service nila is superb! whenever may problem I can report it online and theyll give me a call within the day

^ ang weird ng experience mo.

kasi iisa lang ang may-ari ng PLDT at Smartbro (Smartbro is under PLDT) at malamang merged na ang customer service nila.

Probably not pa, pagdating sa technology/infrastracture nila.

^^ pag wala akong dial tone, i use my smart prepaid kahit walang load pwede tawagan 173.

in my case, since kilala na ko kaka-reklamo sa kanila everytime mawawalan ako ng dial tone and or internet, yung mismong manager na hinahanap ko at umaaksyon agad. i work from home kaya very important ang internet sakin. everytime di ko nagagamit service nila, i demand for credit adjustment & binibigay naman kahit papano. ;)

Gave up sky and switched to pldt. Grabe, parang nagsisisi na ako. Panget CS ng pldt. Pinapunta pa ako sa business center na kay layu-layo samin just to request for a new modem na di compatible sa security cam namin. Tsk.

depende sa location ang magandang signal, depende sa package na kinuha din ang magandang downloading and browsing. From our experience:
Sa tagaytay, good signal ang globe pero dsl but they put caps on time but they are denying this, smart dsl postpaid signal, so far no problem. Pldt dsl, witribe dsl good sa malate, pasay area.
