The gel eyeliners by Loreal, Maybelline, & Wet n' Wild are pretty good. Although I feel like Wet n' Wild may last a little longer and is somewhat smoother...its the cheapest one, too!

I would like to mention that the liquid eyeliner by Everbelina with glitter in it is actually good as well! It won't crumble off (unless you intentionally remove it) and the glittery effect catches me compliments.

^sis, literal bang chunks of glitter yung andun sa liner ng EB? o shimmery effect lang? i wear contacts kasi and i'm worried baka magtransfer yung glitters sa eyes ko XD
It is very difficult to go back and make a brand new start.

But you can always start from now and make a brand new ending.

Too pricey ba yung both brand?

Currently using TFS Greatist (sic) liquid liner.

Gel liners don't work on me. Kahit may primer, smudge-ever. Kaya liquid liners lang ako. It dries plastic-y so it never smudges. Nga lang, may tendency na mag-flake off lalo na kung makusot ka sa eyes.

Yung dating Maybelline liquid liner ang ganda ng applicator-- very soft and easy to handle. I find local dip liner applicator too pointy/sharp/hard.

Anlakas daw makapangit ng katamaran... Backread naman jan! XD

Thank you sis for the reply. First time ko din gagamit ng liquid liner if ever kaya hanap ako ng not too pricey pero yung  ok naman at hindi mahirap i-apply saka hindi makalat. hehe. :D

I've just started learning how to use pencil liners. What a late bloomer. :D And then I read this blog raving about the Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Custom Eye Enhancing Gel CreamLiner.

http://www.physiciansformula.com/en-us/productdetail/in-the-press/shimmer-strips-product/07049.html

I looked it up and seems it was an awesome deal. Since then I have been looking for it on ebay and voila! I just scored one set of gel liners for brown eyes! I can't wait till I get my hands on it so I can finally learn how to line my eyes properly.  :D

Chunks of glitter, sis. I wear lenses, as well. But I don't get those glitters on my eyeballs.. hehe.

For me naman among the liquid liner, SKINFOOD ang naging love ko, so easy to apply kasi, and kahit sobrang thin line nagagawa ko kasi pen type siya at sobrang nipis ng brush..

hays yun nga lang kung kailan paubos na ginawa namang brush ng son ko sa toy niya, panglinis daw! waaa!! nasira tuloy yung brush niya.. :-[

after almost 4years na pagmemake-up (both on myself and others) i've tried sooo many liners before.so far, fave ko:

1. f21 liquid liner - the brown hindi ganun kaharsh tapos may slight metallic finish pa nakakabrighten ng eyes.love it to bits.super affordable pa.

2. stila smudgepot - antagal mauboooos!

3. maybelline gel liner and the eyestudio pencil liners (for the waterline)

4. elf gel liner (though medyo madali magdry yun pot)

for heavy duty tlaga, kunwari paparty o magpapawis, best bet ko f21 and stila.all- day no smudge!

My fave is In2It Gel Eyeliner, it just glides on my lids  :)
I want to try the ones in pot. Medyo pricey kasi yun eh. Any suggestions?
