I have been with Dr. Sua Lao since 2004, I was single back then but had endometriosis & had to undergo surgery. Started trying to get preggy early of 2008, late 2008 decided to undergo lap. Had work-up, countless IUIs in 2009 and early 2010. Mid part of 2010, I gave up na. Pagod na ako and Dra's next step I think is IVF na.

Pero ayaw pa namin sana ng IVF. I plan to see an OB again this year. My heart says to go back to Dra Sua Lao because I love her so much and kabisado na niya ako. But I wanna try others naman. Kaya lang, why do I feel na wala naman akong ibang choice. Siya na ang pinakamagaling e. I tried going to one doctor before but she "rejected" me nicely saying I'm being handled by the best na - Dra Sua Lao.

Hay, i don't know what to do na

^same here sis, san pedro laguna din ako. i'm thinking of changing my current OB, too. parang onti lang options dito sa south for OB RE.

sis shinta, Baka i try ko pumunta next month sa healthway OB Casanova, sa kanya ko ipakita mga result ng TVU ko 2nd opinon ako kasi RE diba cya? OB ko ngaun eh Sonologist/perinatologist sa taft, na lalayuan na ako dun eh, at naka 3 months na ko sa clomid at stop muna daw. may test na SIS / HSG na gagawin next month. Gusto ko muna mag 2nd opinion sa RE, magastos na kasi at gusto ko [textspeak!] sigurado na magaling at nag e-expect ko na sana eh mabuntis ako ngaun taon

^sis, feedback kay dra. casanova ha. yung current OB ko sa healthway din pero di kasi honored yung maxicare namin sa healthway (di daw sila naghohonor pag individual membership) kaya mukhang magpapalit na naman ako ng OB. at di din kasi siya RE specialist.

hi sisses may ma recommend ba kayo na magaling na nag ivf na doctor? dito lang kasi kami sa pilipinas magpa ivf hindi pa namin kaya abroad. sa cebu ba mas maganda magpa ivf. i heard ok din daw dun pero di ko lang alam kung experienced na talaga mga staff dun kasi 2 yrs. palana ata yung center nila unlike dito sa makati victory art..

Hi sis Tinapot & sis Shinta

My OB/RE is Dra. Leonila Estole-Casanova. 2years na kasi akong TTC, so this year I finally decided to be serious about getting preggy kaya nag-pa-check-up na ko sa OB (makait med), pero when i was asked to undergo HSG, naisip ko ( and based na rin sa mga nabasa ko dito sa GT) na better siguro na sa infertility specialist na ko magpa-consult. Super basa talaga ako ng mga thread dito regarding OB/RE then recently I decided to see Dra Casanova. It was worth it. Mabait kasi sya, tsaka super explain sya what goes on sa reproductive system natin. Madali rin ma-contact at sumasagot sa text. Another thing, yung rate nya is also reasonable. Accredited din sya sa mga HMO providers.

I had my HSG last Aprll 29 with her sa MCM. Thank God, patent naman ang tubes ko. I harldy felt pain talaga during HSG unlike sa mga nabasa ko sa HSG Thread. Totoo nga yung sabi ng isang sis natin "magaan ang kamay ni dra".

I suggest pa-check kayo sa kanya. On Saturdays, eto sked nya: 1-5pm Asian Hospital ; 5-7pm Healthway ATC

my current RE is dra joan tan-garcia. highly recommended kase sya. had my initial checkup with her yesterday and ok naman sya. she explains everything well. di nagmamadali. h

i was at her clinic yesterday at cardinal santos and i've met one of her patients who'll undergo another IVF. Her first child was a result of an IVF procedure din by dra joan, and she wants a second child na. hopefully, maging successful din ang case ko.

im now with dra eileen manalo... just had lap assisted myomectomy last friday.
then, by July, start na work up ko with dra. hopefully, i would get pregnant this year...

I'm one year married (almost) and we are trying to have a baby since our first month.
Had my first consultation with an OB this afternoon. Marami daw test na gagawin and may isa na kaninang ginawa vaginal analysis ata something ang tawag which costs me 2500?? (Para [textspeak!] may nilagay na malamig na cream) Is it really that costly? Thanks

finally back to seriously getting pregnant again but this time with my new ob, dra. aguilar, okay naman siya actually she was very pleasant and looks organized, and really an expert or an infertility specialist. after asking my history from my past two obs, she asked me to do the hormone test (prolactin,fsh,th,etc) and ogtt. then asked me to take femara for 5 days and from there, follicle check na. after r first meeting, i felt very light and positive na she is the one for me...my husband also feels the same way-marunong na, pleasant at optimistic.

been to her clinic at PDH kagabi. okay siya, nageexplain talaga. yung isang ob ko, nakita lang sa tvu na pco feature, pcos na agad conclusion. sabe nya kapag day4, talagang maliliit pa yung egg. medyo madami lang daw yung sa akin kaya siguro naconsider as pco. but since i also have breakouts na isang sign din, kelangan din tingnan yung ibang factor. kaya ayun, will undergo some tests next week.
endocrine - TSH, prolactin
blood chem- ogtt, cholesterol/triglycerides LDL, HDL
hindi ko na masyado naintindihan yung ibang nakasulat sa papel hahaha.

wag daw muna this week kasi ovulation phase pa ako. saka hindi siya agad nagbibigay ng gamot except for folic acid.

ganun siguro talaga pag infertility-RE, mas marami silang alam and tinitingnan. buti na lang din sa kanya ako pumunta.

naging OB ko dati sila Dra. Sua-Lao at Sia-Cu but kay Dra. Lenny Casanova talaga ako na satisfied..super love ko siya talaga kase sobra bait at ramdam mo yung concern niya..nalungkot nga ako kase ma miss ko siya

nakapanganak na kase ako at tapos na ang post partum check ups ko. super bait niya talaga..nung nasa labor room ako ka text siya ng hubby ko, ina-update niya bout my condition. while in delivery room nung kakapanganak ko pa lang, habang tinatahi niya ako down there tinawagan niya hubby ko using her cp at pinakausap sa akin..sabi tuloy ng hubby ko "nanganak ka na ba talaga?" hehe..

hi sis jorhen...nacoconvince ako sa sinabi mo parang gusto ko itry si dra casanova...gusto ko kasi yung concern sa condition ko at nageexplain talaga...kasi yung previous OB-RE ko although magaling talaga siya kaya lang lagi nagmamadali & saka parang di ko maramdaman yung concern...yung parang motherly image ba na pinapalakas yung loob ko...nagwork up ka sis kay dra casanova?

alam mo, hindi nga nya inadvise na mag clomid na ako. bata pa daw ako (27 na nga ako eh) and 3 months palang naman kameng ttc. kaso parang ako, hindi ko lang masabe na atat na talaga ako magkaanak hehe. san ka nanganak sis?

unang meet pa lang namin pero ang tagal namin nag-usap, lasted almost an hour. ang daming lecture hehe. add to it na nag-IE and nag-attempt mag pap smear. hindi ko lang alam rate niya kasi covered ng medicard yung check up ko.
