I'm downloading the app in my phone. Gained 5 lbs after 2 weeks of eating heavily. Hope this will allow me to meet my fitness goals within a month. *crossed fingers*

was using this 3 yrs ago. tapos 2 months ago, i've started using it again. ok talaga kasi macoconcious ka with what you're eating kasi ganun pala kadaming calories un. since di kasi ko nagmeasure, based lang lahat sa weight, di ko alam kung effective sakin. though i lost 2kg during the last 2 months i'm using it pero di ko naman naramdaman na pumayat ako.  ;D  i've stopped kasi di ko ma-update... hehe..

Ok nga tong app na to, I downloaded it last year pa.. Nakakatuwa kasi kahit tinolang manok meron.. Hehe.. Kahit mabagal ang paglose weight at least aware nako sa calorie intake ko... Since nagstart ako magdiet I lost 15lbs already, hindi na ko mukhang chubby! Apple cider vinegar and honey is effective too..

i have this on my ipad too... it's effective... pero i still need daily reminder from BF to log in my food intake and weigh daily. :P kasi minsan, kapag madami ako nakain, nahihiya ako sa ipad ko... hahaha

ok nga siya kasi minsan if i mag-che-cheat ako sa program ko, i check out first ilang calories siya before i eat it.  pag nakita ko mataas calories niya, either di na ko nagchecheat o iba na ang kinakain ko, hehe

Ako rin lagi akong under. Minsan nagnenegative pa ang Net dahil sa exercise. Same question kung okay lang ba yun? Medyo mabilis ang pagbawas ng timbang ko (I lost 12lbs in just 2 weeks) or baka rin sa stress sa work but hindi ko alam if okay lang ba yun? I drink slimming tea din and feeling ko hindi bumabagal metabolism ko. Although cheat day ko ang friday (sa pagkain) but I exercise twice as much din naman.

Another question: may difference ba kapag nageexercise sa mainit ( umaabot ng 36 degrees Celsius kasi dito at night and up to 50 during daytime but I exercise at night naman). Hindi ba masama yun?

This is possible. Try the HCG diet sis. :) Google it. Depending on your starting weight... it is possible. It really works. You can buy HCG locally on eBay or on Multiply. Just make sure to get the authentic ones, yung may HCG talaga na laman. :)

i downloaded this a month ago. been using and updating my daily food intake.
what i like about this is that i was able to control and know the foods i eat.
na control ko mga food intake esp when i knew na malapit na ma reach yung 1200 calories which was supposed the maintaining calorie intake.
I just dont know why but i did not loose weight but still i keep on tracking my foodintake.
any advice mga sis? i am working sa office. lack of exercise maybe one factor why i dont loose weight?

This is very effective basta stick lang sa calorie goal plus exercise.
