Hi mga sis! I am actually moving in this June on my new condo. 30 SQM po siya in Cainta. Do you know any good reliable contractor for this? Thanks.

Anything I should look out for? Wala kasi akong mapagtanungan. Thanks!

I also want my 30sqm condo unit renovated.

^Nicko, do you have a portfolio of your drawings?

@misssugarrushed
i can recommend someone i know for your condo unit, he knows how to save space.  what you should look-out for is before you move-in sa condo, you should have punchlist.
Do some time with the one you love.

We're very happy with our contractor, M. Sabarre Builders. Marami silang projects in QC and in some provinces rin ata. Highly recommended namin this contractor because very pulido and honest ang mga gawa nila.

We are having our condo renovated with kitchen cabinets, wardrobe, wall shelves, big mirrors, etc. We are so excited to see the outcome kasi so far maganda na lahat ng mga nakabit/gawa nila :) And our contractor charges us only half of the price of the first contractor na pinag-paquotan namin. nakaya nila ng 36K, pasok talaga sa budget namin.

@joanniekiko

pm mo ako if you want his number.

Thanks!

one more thing pala, yung civil engineer na kausap ni hubby ask him 10k down payment. 20k ang hinihingi nya kay hubby as a whole fee for electrical, plumbing,house plan, etc prior to house permit.

Hi, we'll be building our dream house this coming 2 years but we haven't started our planning yet. All we have is a lot in Westgrove heights. Do u know a contractor from Westgrove? I heard they have lists of contractors. Can u recommend any? Thanks.
