Your architect friend can definitely help you find one. The contractor of the house that I built in bf resort drive in las pinas is ok.

Of course there will be problems during construction. The important thing is the quality, workmanship and the value for your money.

Ang mga magaling na architects... they have their own contractors or specialists.

can anyone recommend a good contractor? I basically know what I want done but I do not know of any reliable contractor. Hope somebody can help me. TIA.

Hi mga sis, I have a contractor, who is also ang architect na kakilala. This is a progressive billing type of payment terms, this is according to my contractor to build not only house but also trust between the client.

So what will happen, wala ka muna lalabas na money unless walang progress sa pinapapagawa mo sa house mo. Unlike you pay and pay tapos tatakbuhan kahit hindi pa tapos or sablay ang pinagagawa mong house.

If you are interested just PM me so kayo na magusap ng contractor ko. By the way complete siya ng lahat ng license to assure you na legal ang business niya.

Hi anybody here who knows of a good contractor but affordable ang price for the renovation of a condo unit 30sqm studio type.. My hubby and I wanted to have it 1 bedroom.. installation of kitchen cabinets, room partition.. etc.. pls help. Many thanks in advance

Ako din parefer naman ng contractor na may word of honor and PULIDO talaga gumawa and ON TIME magdeliver. Gusto ko kasi pag sinabing 6 months, as in 6 months tapos na-- kumbaga efficient and quality magtrabaho.

Good luck mga sis in looking for a contractor. It really is hard to look for an honest and good contractor. It took me months to find the team I am working with. My patience was rewarded because he his team is very efficient, works fast.

And thankfully, unlike other contractors who just says yes to every idea you suggest - since that will drive up the cost - he tells me if my ideas are feasible or not. If feasible, he tells me if the cost will be more expensive or if there is another way to achieve what I want.

So patience lang mga sis. Do not rush.

Mga sis, same here, baka po pwedeng merong mag refer ng contractor, but hindi po bahay [textspeak!] papagawa ko parang apartment type na pang bedspace lang. TIA!

My contractor is Nat Simon. Originally got him for my kitchen but he is also doing my drop ceilings, some door and window widening, and a few other stuff.

hay problemado ako mga sisses... asa 600k palang ang alam kong magagmit namin sa pagpapatyo ng bahay.. 68.5 sqm ang lot area...... hay livable na kaya ang mapapgawa namin sa halagang iyon? huhuhu
