^ thanks sis. sinabi ko na kay ob observe muna namin pag hindi nagimprove ipapa ecg daw ako. i really hope its just positional and has nothing to do with my heart.

is it really common for twin pregnancy to spot than singleton? nagspot nanaman ako inspite of bedrest since week 4 pero ok naman sila babies sa ultrasound normal naman growth nila and good naman heart rate nila. bumalik lang clots ko sa uterus, the subchronic thing. makukuha naman daw sa meds na im currently taking.

I am starting to shop for baby stuffs. Parang hirap maghanap ng mga gamit for twins like strollers wala ang mga dept store na pang twins, mukhang papabili talaga ko sa ibang bansa ah.
Do you tandem breastfeed your twins? What pillow do you use? I saw a boppy pillow and brestfriend sa rustans and may uratex din kaso looks manipis, ok na ba mga yun for twins ? or mas maganda umorder online like double blessing / twin Z pillow?

Hi! Question to all twin mommies. Lagi ba nadedetect heartbeats ng babies nyo pag chinecheck using the doppler? Im 15 weeks pregnant with twins, and usually nahihirapan sila mahanap yung heartbeat ni baby #2. Pero ok naman when i had the u/s last monday. Pero days after that, doppler nalang ginagamit. The 1st dr found 2 heartbeats. Yung succeeding doctors, hindi na. Nakakafrustrate nga kasi parang hindi nila tinatyaga. Gusto ko tuloy bumili ng doppler. I was confined pala mon-thurs due to bleeding kaya daily monitoring 2x a day ako last week. No more bleeding since i left the hosp.

^ hi sis sorry Im only 13 weeks with twins. Will transfer OB palang kasi I need a Perinatologist kasi nga twins plus i spot as well. From what I read, minsan kasi nagkakasabay ang heartbeat nila mahirap talaga madetect. But weekly naman ultrasound ko since week 4 so ang minomonitor sa akin is yung heart rate nila kasi if dopler daw sabi ng infertility specialist ko, mahirap daw talaga madetect pag twins so mas accurate yung ultrasound.

Hi twin moms! I just gave birh to my twin girls 2 weeks ago. They were preterm babies but despite this, they're healthy (praise The Lord!). Anyways. To answer some of your Q's ---

anitx, minsan nahihirapan OB ko i-locate ang heartbeat ng twin 2, most prob because of her position. Maganda talaga pag sa u/s mo nakikita.

dizzylizzie, i bought the twins' stroller in the US, tama ka walang options dito. I also bought the double blessings pillow (which i have yet to pick up from courier) because i intended to tandem feed. However, I am not tandem feeding yet kase ang hirap pala (for me ha)!

^sis how many weeks ka nun nanganak? nag steroid shot ka ba , at what week? glad your babies are doing fine. did you give birth via NSD or CS. saka what did you do prior to giving birth, napagod ka ba , work or naka bed rest na? sorry dami ko Q's , na aanxious nako dahil palapit na ko ng 3rd trimester and pinag ppray ko talaga na maka full term ako.

sis bigay ka ng feedback re double blessing pillow ha and kung madali ba talaga mag tandem feed. based sa mga napapanood ko sa youtube parang ang dali lang for them. Thanks

^35w 5d via CS. I didn't have any complications save for gestational diabetes. I wasn't on bed rest, in fact I was still going to the office. Doctors decided to let me deliver early because of the significant weight discordance between my twins. Twin to twin transfusion was a suspect, and I guess they cannot risk the babies staying inside me any longer. Buti na lang walang TTTS talaga. Both twins did fine while in the NICU.

I also wanted to reach full term, in fact I was so confident I will reach it kaya lang ayon na nga. Be prepared na lang for all possibilities. Do not be too anxious since the babies might feel it. Relax ka lang!

Mag mall ka na at pagdating ng 7th month, I'm sure it would be difficult for you to walk around. Buy baby stuff ng pakonti konti since yun nga, hirap na to walk around when you reach 7/8 months.

I'll give feedback on the pillow when I get and use it

^Oh thanks sis. I'm six months now at bumili na ako ng mga baby essentials hirap na kasi ako maglakad din sa mall. yun mga ibang gamit ipapabibili ko lang kay hubby pwede naman later on bilhin yun mga strollers. naka leave na ko sa work bedrest recommendation since 2 months pa lang pero di ko maiwasang mag grocery and mag errands.

at least you reached 35weeks, my doctor said she'll be glad maka reach lang ako ng 34 weeks.bakit nag suspect ng TTTS, Di ba ang TTTS happens only pag single ang placenta, monochorionic ka ba sis? congrats sis

Design21 im seeing a perinatologist sa cardinal santos. You might want to try her if near your area ang cardinal. Her name is dra mila zaragosa ibay. Had 2 incidences of spotting during my 1st tri. Tapos last week, on my 15th week, nagbleed ako. Super scary! Kaya naconfine ako. Threatened abortion again. So inincrease yung isoxilan ko plus i'll be taking utrogestan na din. Akala ko nga ok nako this 2nd tri. Apparently very delicate pa din.

Thanks 100%k. Excited na tuloy ako to have my check up. Kulang nalang magpaultrasound ako every week. Congrats on your babies as well.

Did anyone take birthing classes even if cs delivery?

^ sis anitx ang hirap naman ng sayo so bedrest ka pa din? 3x a day isoxilan ko since 5 weeks ata yun cause ng vomiting ko kasi nung pinastop ako d nako nasusuka kaso bumalik ang sc ko kaya binalik nanaman.

paano kaya magkatwins? curious lang ako kung ano ginawa ng mga sisses na nagconceive ng twins. may relatives kami parehas ni hubby na twins (lola nya may twin, yung pinsan ko rin twins on my mom's side). hmn.

Dizzylizzie, yes twins were mono-di. kaya nung nagpa-u/s ako then nakitang malaki ang weight difference between my twins, my OB sent me immediately to the hospital. A couple of days after, i delivered.

Hi Sis, I bought our twin stroller at Baby & Co - Good Baby brand and P5k lang. Okay siya and useful till now that they are 2.5.

Yes, I breastfed my twins exclusively. Yun lang ang nagpaayos ng schedule namin sa gabi. Otherwise, mababaliw ako.

If you can afford a twin nursing pillow, that would be a wise investment. But, for me... 2 nursing pillows from Baby&Co was fine. But, during the hard times to latch.. masakit sa likod yung madaming pillows when I tandem breastfeed them.

Breastfeeding them is the best!

I found this pillow for twins really good! Kasi, I bought 2 nursing pillows and did this too. :http://www.twinnursingpillow.org/

@ayumi: sabi nga ni hubby pinagyayabang sa mga friends nya"pinag aaralan yan pare" hehe. If there's a family history of twins on your side chances are magkakatwins ka din:) sa side ko kasi madami akong twin relatives

@iceebaby : i went to baby & co wala na silang pang twin stroller, i'll ask that brand na lang din kung meron pa sila. Sis nag electric pump ka din ba , di ko kasi madecide kung bibili na ako, as much as possible kasi gusto ko mag direct feeding pero sabi nga di daw ako makakalabas ng bahay kung di ako mag store ng BM.

@dizzylizzie, I made a special order at Rustan's for the Maclaren Twin Techno stroller years ago kasi hindi sila usually nagst-stock ng twin stroller. Sobrang nagamit din ng twins ko ito.

^sayang naman sis. Why don't you invest on a nice sling? Sa totoo lang, di ko masyado nagamit yung twin stroller ko... I bought an umbrella kind na 2 pcs when they were newborn. Mas feel kong buhat sila when they're babies and pati si hubby naka sling.

Okay yung Ergo Baby (till 3 years old) or the Saya wrap.

Perfect pa when you are breastfeeding. Ambigat kasi ng twin stroller and super hassle talaga (tight sa escalator... lagi akong nakakasagi kasi nga malaki). Ngayon, 2 na twins ko, I just bring 1 umbrella stroller and salitan lang sila at buhatan lang naman ng gamit ang stroller.

Kaya, the sling is mas okay for us.

In terms of breastfeeding, yes... wala ka na rin naman time to pump. Direct feeding lang talaga, just master the double football hold.
