Good Day siises!

San kaya pwedeng mag-hire ng mga Interior Designers?

If may kakilala kayo, share niyo naman dito, post kayo pics ng mga projects nila.

Or if meron kayong house na ginawa nila, pwede help niyo ko.

I don't know where to start kasi. HAHA, may house kami sa Cavite (from Avida) and malapit na i-turn over samin yung house. Ano po bang mga dapat gawin? Pls Help! TIA (:

Gosh ang mahal. I guess, kung kukuha ID then ipapagaya nlng yug model unit? With cheaper materials to be used, mas makakamura.

Hello mga sis, I am interior designer but I'm not advertising my services, I'm on extended leave due to pregnancy kasi ^ ^, Pero I'm happy to help you with inquiries about pricings of materials and PF and tips kung pano makamura.

Definitely mahal talaga maghire ng ID, if you do not have the budget, I suggest you just DIY kasi you are paying for the service plus the price of a beautiful home. Walang saysay na kumuha ng ID tapos magrereklamo kayo pag nagsuggest ng improvements dahil mahal. Better if you invest sa books, magazines or browse online kung may creative bone kayo sa katawan.

rate- 1000 pesos per sqm usually, but if you get someone who doesnt have experience o license they can charge for as low as 500 per sqm

That's right. Rate usually is 1,000/sqm. Personally, if you have an eye naman, you don't really need an ID. Siguro someone to put your plan to paper. Mahirap din if experienced, madami ginagawa. So I'd say better ask the ID upfront paano magiging schedule specially when it comes to site visits, etc and determine if you're ok to work with that.

You have to determine how much space you have & how much room our products needs. Sketch up a layout of the area and be sure to observe the location, levels and sizes of gates, windows, heating units, electric powered shops and changes.

Hi. Im a homemaker and currently preggy. So hiring an id is medyo malabo at this point. However, gusto ko sana paglipat bahay eh ayos na yun place namin. Iniiwasan ko na magpagawa pa pag andyan na si baby.

So help naman kung pano ko eto ma implement. It will be challenging kase admittedly im not artistic. All i have is the bare space, lots of time, very limited funds..
