di po advisable inumin on a regular basis ang high doses of vitamin B complex kasi pwede maging dependent, regular doses will do, don't forget na din vit.C.

ginko biloba is ok, pero it's stil best to consult with your physician kasi may blood-thinning effects ito, may mga tao na hindi pwede basta basta uminom nito.

ako naman, i have tried citicholine, which is a medication for stroke patients, tska may alzheimer's. exams kasi nmin nun, it worked for me, pero i wouldn't drink it regularly. not all pharmacies dispense this kahit wlang reseta, like mercury, kailangan may prescription talaga. pareho sila ng action ng ginko, increasing the blood flow sa brain.

minsan din we tend to be "makakalimutin" because we have too much in our mind, or/even in the back of our mind, so our concentration becomes diffused, we tend to have memory lapses.

it's the importance of relieving stress, which can make us think more, worry more, and even produces more stress. just try to relax more :)

what abt food or vitamins with folic acid? nakaka enhance ata din yon ng memory, like Okra?  My sister told me to do this plus it also helps if you try to read and memorize a few lines of a poem/book/article everyday to sharpen our memory.

ginawa ko rin tong citicholine.  ;D

right now im taking inosiplex. its main purpose is it boosts your immune system working specifically for viral infection and replication. pedeng for colds etc  but not recommended to replace vitamin c and other medication. supplement lang siya.

though it has immunomodulatory action, its side effect is increased mental focus and awareness. so basically helps me retain info for studies etc. so far okay ang effect sa akin. to others naman eh nakakatulog after its effects. 3 - 4 hours lang ang effect.

aside from short half life, advantage niya sa citicholine is its not that expensive. i think wala pang bente isa sa mercury. di rin kelangan ng reseta.

Mga sis, Hinay hinay lang sa gingko biloba ha... Nakakalabnaw yan ng blood.. And can cause bleeding in very high doses...  Kaya mas may ease ang circulation ng blood sa brain... :)

For me, nung college ako, natry ko na lahat yan, desperado na eh. haha! Pero is parin ang masasabi kong effective, read, read, read and read a lot... Exercise the brain.... :D
whatever.... ;)
