.Exercise
.Atleast 8 glass of water a day
.Vitamin C, Vitamin E
.Face & Body Scrub + Moisturizer
.Minimal Makeup or no Makeup at all (ok na for me yung polished eyebrows, Curled eyelashes, Moisturized face and lipbalm..or cheek tint or little blush, basta yung fresh look lang)
.syempre kelangan neat hair din, hindi naman yung pang productiion number talaga..basta kung anong bagay sayo..and hindi oily and buhaghag!  :P
.and LOTS of Love!! *cheesy*  ;D

1. lovelife
2. iwasan mastress
3. at least 8 hours of sleep
4. eat more fruits and veggies, less meat, less caffeinated drinks
5. drink lots of water and make sure na magwiwi din frequently
6. regular BM
7. exercise
8. take vit A, C, E, calcium, and iron supplements
9. moisturize your skin
10. facial/body scrubs once/twice a week (depende to sa age)

hi sis sadly that's only a temporary thing as short of a period as when your face is cold which isn't very long at all.  The reason for this is when it's cold your cheeks are flushed (the way it happens in winter)

When your body believes it's in a cold environment your body tries to protect itself by rushing blood to the brain and to the central area of the body(organs) which is also why your feet and hands get cold first when you're in a cold environment for long.


Ya I've tried a lot of things and research on it when it doesn't work. :(  Geekoid much?!
