in my case, it really comes from within. Pag happy ako, madami nagsasabing blooming. lalo na when this happiness is related sa love life! LOL!

u know what they say, "There is no cosmetic for beauty like happiness."
If you obey all the rules you miss all the fun.

Drinking lots of water, having a really good sleep, curling my lashes and applying mascara, applying lotion (lalo na yung cocoa or vanilla-ish yung smell! mmm) and exercise! - my instant picker-uppers! Feeling ko talaga blooming ako nito! Hehe.  ;)

^^ Ako, I mix lotion with EVOO for the body. Sooobrang soft  ;D EVOO alone is just so-so. But it does wonders when mixed with regular moisturizers or lotions

u mean sis for the body (at night) after lotion, apply EVOO? then for the face naman after any moisturizer apply EVOO din?

Aside from these (water, sleep, vitamins & proper diet)being a must. I think mas mag mumukang blooming ang babae kapag naka makeup kahit konti lang naman ... like powder, lipstick and a blush.

^hi dear, flaxseed oil is bought in capsules. =)   Flaxseed helps correct the levels of oils in the body.  Meaning moderating oily skin or producing more oil for dry skin.

It also helps unclogging pores and it can aid numerous skin disorders. ^_^

Also go to any healthy options, they'll tell you flaxseed is good for the skin, hair, nails, heart, cholesterol level. Gogogo glow in flaxseed!
