At least 8 glasses of water a day
Sunshine (before 8:30 am)
Applying Extra Virgin Olive Oil before sleeping! Sometimes yogurt, tapos scrub with sugar pagggising  ;D winner!

Of course, nothing beats lots of hugs and kisses from family and your special someone. (lalo na from your special someone  ;) )

^That happened before.. It's kinda icky at first. But it was cos I was using way too much  ;D Konti lang nilalagay ko, one drop lang, on top of regular moisturizer. It works better like that.. laging soft at maaliwalas skin ko when i wake up. It doesn't work as well when I use it alone  :)

^^ Ako, I mix lotion with EVOO for the body. Sooobrang soft  ;D EVOO alone is just so-so. But it does wonders when mixed with regular moisturizers or lotions
