I tried baking my leche flan on a water bath instead of steaming. Ok naman.

I love leche flan.. :) i add 2 egg whites w 10 egg yolks, the rest same din sa inyo mga sis.. :) this xmas ill be making again..

Or dapat as thin as llanera yung pan? Yung pan ko kasi pang cheescake ko.. Isip ko baka yung middle hindi masyado ma steam then masunog naman at the sides.. Tia :)

Leche Flan Milkshake
By: Ed Bugia of Pino Resto and Bar

Makes 1 glass
Prep Time 10 minutes

1/2 tin leche flan
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon macapuno
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
whipped cream for garnish (optional)

1  In a blender, purée leche flan, vanilla ice cream, ice cubes, milk, vanilla extract, and macapuno until smooth.

2  Combine condensed milk and brown sugar in a small bowl to make a quick caramel. With a spoon, drizzle the caramel on the side of a drinking glass and let it stream down.

I Love You Bosing. Thank you so much.

^hi sis. :) naku parang ganun lang din niluto ko. tpos nung paluto na yung rice, at parang di pa luto si leche plan ko, nagpakulo ako ng tubig sa caserola then nilat ko lang steamer dun then after 3-5 mins nilipat ko ulit dun sa rice cooker para maluto tlaga pero di over. :) hth! :) puede din naman sis na wala kang sinaing lagay ka siguro mga 6-8 cups of water then isaksak mo rice coooker then if kumulo na tsaka mo ilagay yung steamer with leche plan then mga 20-30 mins lang, done na yan. :)
God is great! :)

God is great! :)
