Well recommended! Pagdating ko, andun na si Bam, siya yung teacher for the day. She asked if first time ko.
When I said yes, nagbigay na siya ng pointers. tapos pinapwesto niya ako sa tabi niya... The exercise/work out itself, parang mabagal na aerobics pero mabilis na yoga? Kasi para kang nag-yoyoga poses pero instead na naka-hold yung pose, may counts.
Pero grabe ang shake ng muscles ko during the work out, saka tagaktak talaga pawis ko. Pero no feeling naman na magfefaint or whatever. 1.5 hours siya, yung last 30 minutes is cool down and very relaxing talaga.
I was told na sasakit katawan the next day, di naman siya super sakit as I was expecting.
I wanna go back pa ulet kaso medyo low budget for now eh..
