Rappelling , Spelunking Updated ITINERARY
 

Sat. DAY 01
0630 - ETD Jollibee Farmers
0800 - ETA Wawa (Aling Norma's Store / Carinderia). Rest. Snack (optional). Registration. Prepare for Rappelling Orientation and Familiarization, bring trail water / Gatorade. (Note #1: We will leave our things here since we will get back here for lunch, so you may either bring pack lunch or buy lunch here.)
0830 - Start hike to Veranda jumpsite via hanging bridge. Registration along the way
0845 - ETA Veranda, Orientation and Lecture
0900 - Climb up the wall (Rock Scrambling) via back trail
0930 - Rappelling Proper
1130 - Hike back to Aling Norma's
1145 - Lunch. Rest. Prepare everything. (Note #2: We will be bringing our packs from now on. If you don't want to cook anymore you may just buy pack dinner here. Breakfast may be bought here also) Bring trail water / Gatorade
1245 - Start trek
1400 - ETA Batcave (Note #3: Bring large plastic bag that you can put your bag inside to protect from bat droppings and other insects. We will leave our bags at the bottom and hike up the jumpsite directly above.) Bring trail water / Gatorade.
1500 - ETA jumpsite. Rappel Proper. Rappel-to-sawa (Rappel Scenario: about 40m high - 10m with wall, the rest of the rappel is hanging. Bats flying everywhere)
1700 - Rappel ends. Prepare things especially flashlight.
1730 - Cave-hike to Chamber 1 (minus our packs)
1800 - Out of Chamber 1. Packs on our backs and cave-hike to campsite at Chamber 2
1820 - ETA Campsite. Pitch camp. (Note #4: you may bring tent or just a groundsheet or sleeping mat, it's up to you. We are, anyway, protected from the elements from this point, but not from possible bird, not bat, droppings and maybe a few creepy crawlers.) Prepare dinner
1900 - Dinner
2000 - Caving to Chamber # 3
2100 - Back to camp, socials, anything goes
2300 - Lights out

Sun DAY 02
0530 - Wake up call. Breakfast. Pack up
0700 - Cave out. Hike to "The Tower" jumpsite.
0745 - ETA "The Tower" . Set up rappel. (Rappel Scenario: Total of 3 rappels. 2 short rappels of about 5m each, then the 45m hanging rappel. Note # 5 Packs on back while rappelling)
1030 - Estimated touchdown of the team. Rest. Prepare hike down.
1200 - ETA Aling Norma's. Rest. Lunch. Prepare lights for caving and to Wawa dam. (Note #6 We'll leave our things here.)
1300 - ETD to Wawa Dam. Photo opps pa din
1400 - ETD Pamitinan Cave entrance (a.k.a. Japanese Cave), with river crossing (we'll get wet).
1530 - ET out of the cave and back to the river. swimming. photo opps. wash up
1600 - Back to Aling Norma's. Clean up. Snack
1700 - Uwian na
1800 - ETA Cubao



Others things to bring

- Tents
- Food, trail foods,
- Bring sunblock lotion if you want. It's very hot during the day
- Bring mosquito reppellant lotion
- Bring enough water (3-4L)

I've been here na with family and friends last year, mas gusto ko siya kesa sa Villa Escudero. Mas mura kasi and siguro mas masaya lang yung punta ko non kasi I'm with my family with friends pa. hehe gusto ko bumalik dito kasi meron akong hindi napuntahan 'yong tatawid ka ng bridge and hindi ko masyado na explore 'yong taas  :D
