I'm also interested in non voice accounts since my voice gets sore pretty fast & disapperas after a few hours of talking.
San ba maganda mag apply na company? And what do they normally do? Office ba sha?

I'd go for Sykes :D

i've been to Stream Global Service (Northgate) , ACS Xerox Company in Pasay , Teleperformance in Sucat , APAC in Alabang , Teletech in Pasay , Aegis People Support and 24/7....any other good callcenters to suggest?

i had a bad experience with Stream, 24/7 and Teletech when it comes to team leads, Teleperpormance naman laging may salary dispute, i never had my salary on time.
