Best Call center company in the Philippines

Please let me know your top 10 call center company.
Kindly give the reason too.

Sis, lahat naman ng callcenter nagsasabi na top or pioneer sila sa industry. lahat din sila may mga bad sides. i've been searching the internet din.. normally na nagrereklamo sa kanilang companya e pag salary, vacation and sick leave, team, discrepancies, absents.. and so on.. na pinaguusapan.

as research.. eto daw ang top call center

1. ETelecare (minimum basic 12k - benefits are great!)
2. Convergys (min basic 15K)
3. Sykes (min 12k - great benefits, goes after tenureship. they like people to stay in their company)
4. Dell (no idea but last i heard 20K for experienced - at least your working as a client)
5. Ventus (no idea)
6. PeopleSupport (min 12500)
7. Teletech (bacis for entry lever 12k-15k)
8. Infonxx (basic 13k - directory assistance, less stress)
9. Eperformax (lowest basic for HS grad 11500, for degree arnd 13k-15k - performance benefits ok)
10. Teleperformance (14k-15k, 3K attendance bonus in all accts)
11. Telus (14k csr, 15k-18k tsr)
12 ICT (16k-18K for financial accts)
13. JPMorgan (20k-22k for experienced, 18k for entry lever with financial or biz background)
14. IBM daksh (12k, dont have idea about benefits)
15 Sitel (14k-17k depending on acct assigned)
16. ACS (14K-18K politics is rule here)
17. West (part time work here i heard is ok)
18. Vision X (i heard there will be financial acct which will offer around 20k-25k net earning)

Thanks sis.. i just resigned in convergys and would like to venture out a different bpo company... i've also been looking over the internet but i guess the application is a bit difficult if you already got a non agent position...

Sykes is one of the best if not the best. I stayed here for 5 years in a financial account, the training is good and so is the pay, do not judge the basic kasi ang daming non taxable allowances. They have the most Vl and SL credits and conversions. You will feel the increase in your pay as you become tenured.

Generally, I think it is better if the company is not Indian-owned, mas mababa kasi ang package and the benefits aren't that good plus the fact that politics is worse.

yup!!! eTelecare is good... i worked as sales rep before but now hindi na sya eTelecare, Stream na sya, coz Stream bought eTel... dati maganda talaga, maganda environment, yung salary (and commissions), yung benefits (panalo!)... eh since mas malaki daw yung share ng Stream, they have to change some policies etc... but they offer higher salary daw for new hires... i have so much friends na nagresign na kasi for new hires laki ng offer pero yung matagal na hindi sila nagincrease kasi daw parang they started the job with etel's offer. Nung nasa eTel ako lagi nga nila claim na no. 1 nga sila, eh kasi naman isa yung eTel sa unang call center dito sa pinas, together with apac yata... kaya pag galing ka ng eTel ang bango ng tingin sayo ng new company na inaapplayan mo, that means magaling ka. matagal na kasi sila sa business so iba na sila humawak ng tao (with the training and the stuff). pero ngayon daw hindi na kagandahan...

madami naman may opening na Team Lead and Supervisors. Kaya lang, usually, dapat medyo well-versed ka na sa challenges in call center. I would think na pag mahirap iyun mga taong hinawakan mo before as TL/Sup, madali na sumagot sa interviews.

You may want to try sa Chase (The Fort/Philamlife Tower). Mataas ang offer doon. Iyun Team Leader is titled Team Manager or Unit Manager. Pag shift supervisor ang equivalent title is Division Manager.

Ok din daw ang benefits. Mataas din offer kahit agents. Pero dapat wala kang tinakbuhan na utang ever. I think they look at CMAP records.

Mataas din amag offer ang IBM - iyun IBS has ha - IBM Business Services. Kung IBM Daksh, Indian-ran kasi iyun so...not really.

But my sister naman is happy in IBM Daksh, kahit papaano.

i've been in Convergys now for almost 5yrs(this coming december), didnt apply for any higher position, im in a tech account though...this is my first call center job...so far naappraised nako ng mga over 10k since i started....not to mention our quarterly bonus, surprise commissions on the side.
depende lang talaga sa account.

sinabi mo. mula ng ma buy out ng Indian ang PS, benefits became WORST.

sabi nga sa isang callcenter site review..napagiiwanan na ang PS. talaga naman.

may info ba kayo kung ok ang benefits sa 24/7? i had an application kasi

we have 2 sites sa makati, yung sa cvg1 sa tapat ng makati med (dito ako) and yung sa g5. okay lang naman yun application, based on experience mas okay kaysa sa mga naapplyan ko dati kasi systematic at organized talaga. csr account ako so there's the initial interview (which in my opinion is the hardest dahil you have to impress talaga the interviewer at sakanya talaga nagdedepende kung makakapasok ka for the next steps dapat maganda ang sagot mo sa tell me something about yourself ) then there's the written/test talaga (may grammar, behavioral, typing, pang tech na parang troubleshooting, pang csr na parang pano maghandle ng customers) then after that final interview and job offer. all in one day. so nagpunta ata ako noon 9am natapos ako 7pm kasama na contract signing 

then kapag natanggap ka bigyan ka list ng requirements na dapat mo macomplete during your 10 day cct training. kapag di mo nacomplete ipupull out ka nila. achievable naman basta responsible ka with deadlines and such, and oh talagang nagbabackground check sila. 


i'm curious sa chase, totoo bang 20k+ starting ng agents nila?

and anyone knows a call center that has an offline/backoffice/email account? or yung nagooffer ng part-time?

I've work @ Convergys also, nag resigned na me dun, super haggard yun account eh,

now Im working at Sitel, ganda kasi yun account napuntahan ko SAturday Sunday pa yun off...
