Reading all of your posts, sureball insanity workout wouldn't be recommended for a CS mom like me although it has been 6 months post op na ako...

Actually, I am really motivated to lose weight kaya lang dunno where and how to start, tsk!

Mga Sis, what's that 30 day shred? The Hip Hop Abs kaya is okay for me?

^Girl, you have to train your heart a bit first kahit mga 6-10 weeks muna. Start with a bit of brisk walking (I'm assuming na naging sedentary ka for 6 months) or stair climbing, jumping jacks and push-ups.

Hiphop Abs is fun cardio, did it for a time 2 years ago. 30 day I do it from time to time. Challenging siya, although bitin ako sa cardio.

Ako I paced myself, dinalasan ko muna sa gym, tapos 30 day shred (may thread tayo about this), saka ako nag-Insanity.

Just another good option is that Chalene Johnson came out with somewhat of the same intensity workout : TURBO FIRE.

I downloaded both and tried one workout from each and here's a personal comparison which is mostly what you'll read din from online reviews:

Turbo Fire is more of a kickboxing/dance style with great music.  BUT THE INTENSITY IS CRAZY.  Turbo Jam can't even be 5% of what Turbo Fire is.

Insanity is more of a Bootcamp style or a training method of execution.  Para bang gegera ka na.

I wanna try Turbo Fire. Feeling ko d ko kaya yung Insanity workout. Anyone who knows a seller of Turbo Fire? Thanks guys!

I was able to download turbofire. Parang mas doable sya compared to insanity. Maybe pag I have more stamina and strength, then i'll do insanity next.

I tried it. It's hardcore so it's not really for people who are only starting to get into a healthy lifestyle.
The results are amazing though. I think people find it hard to stick to the entire 60 day program coz it doesn't have the same fun factor as other workout videos.

I use it as supplemental to my workout. Like for days when I can't go to the gym. I have the videos loaded on my phone and computer. It's awesome, dig deep!

Finish Day 8 of insanity.
I do insanity in the morning and p90x sa gabi.

bago ko nagawa ang insanity
1 month bahay with jillian 30 day shred
i was train 1 month sa gym with a personal trainer.

Pero dahil dedicated nga ako to finish it. Ayun, diretso pa din at nakakatuwa na day 8 na ako.haha.

hindi ako nag weigh ng sarili ko. binasag ko na ang weighing scale ko sa bahay. nakaka frustrate yun e. basta ang goal ko
better endurance and lean muscles. hindi flabby.

I dont want skinny. I want tone and strong looking. Pero hindi naman mukhang amazona.

downloaded via torrent lang ang insanity ko.

piratebay.org

ang insanity ind and body. sa warmup alam mong mahirap, tapos titigil ka na.. WAGG. sa isip lang yun. Push yourself. tapusin mo.
kahit mabagal. Basta go lang.
[/qu

some people nga combine nila ang insanity and p90x..ako naman since i know na ndi ko kaya ang insanity yung turbofire at chalean extreme ang pinag combine ko which gave me a good result lean and toned BUT na preggy while on the program haha 6mos preggy nako and plan ko ulit bumalik sa exercise program na ito.

i tried this. but modified the calendar into 4 times a week lang. hindi ko kaya ng monday-saturday. hardcore sa hirap. i pause from time to time but i make sure na tapusin ko yung buong video until the cool down talaga.

when i was showering, i thought umusok yung water sa katawan ko sa sobrang init at pula ko. hehe.

did this last year.. as seen on my previous comments.. pero hindi ko natapos.. mga 1.5 months lang kasi sobrang nahirapan ako dun sa 2nd month na work outs.. tapos nag slack din ako  sa exercise and diet.. hehe..

now I started again.. since I gained all the weight i lost last year.. so sad.. pero anyway...

nasa day 55 (out of 63) na rin ako ng insanity.. though may mga times na din na hindi ko na kaya and nagppause ako to catch my breath i still continue till cooldown/stretch.. lost 11-12 lbs  na din since I started.. syempre coupled with diet (with cheating)..

im actually happy with the results pero its exhausting din since its 6 days a week.. may mga days na di ko talaga feel ang magexercise but then results bring satisfaction din..

I've always wanted to try Insanity, pero mukhang hindi pa ko ready. I've done the level1 of 30-Day Shred, then now I'm doing Ripped in 30 and will finish it. Plan ko muna mag-Body Revolution by Jillian Michaels which I heard is challenging din and 90 days long, then saka na ko mag-Iinsanity. I watched the fitness test for Insanity, at mukhang talagang kailangan ko muna magbuild up ng strength and endurance.

i earned it! natapos ko na ang insanity program 2 weeks ago.

pero continuous pa rin ako with insanity. but this time, inadjust ko yung timing and some exercises para i can do it in my gym without having to lug my laptop.  all i need is a set of exercises and a timer.  so mga 30-45 minutes ang insanity ko sa gym, everyday

here are my current pictures as of august 2012

Take note that I've been doing weights since 2 years, i added insanity cardio like 3 months ago lang.  Eating/nutrition part is also very clean. Il post next time yung mga kinakain ko to achieve these dream abs. hehe
eto na naman sila, "mas better" , "pinaka the best"

^ You look good! I also just started doing insanity last week, and the workout is really insane. Although I feel stronger everyday and I already see definition in my abs.  :D Please do share your diet plan, kase Im having a hard time with that eh. It says I have to eat 1700 cals, but Im not used to eating that much, although I try kase according to my research, there are some people who dont get the results they expect from this workout because they are not eating as much as they need to. Im getting married in 3 months time so sana thats enough time for me to firm up my prob areas. Im planning to restart the 2nd part of insanity once Im done with the whole thing para Im super fit na by that time.  :D
