share lang.. i did insanity last feb, 1 finished the first part and half of max part (1.5 months). 1 lost approx 13lbs. i did not change my eating habits at that time, kain galore parin. after that i started running kaya hindi ko na naituloy. and since tag ulan na, i couldn't run anymore, nag resume ako sa insanity this month, I started with max na agad. this time i'm watching what i eat na din, so i'm getting better results.
Mahirap talaga siya and hindi recommended for beginners. for warm up pwede siguro shaun t's hiphop abs muna before doing insanity..
