500+ calories when you do 1 hour zumba. Not sure of the exact calories though. I just based it sa myfitness pal na app.

i am also interested in zumba, nakakapayat ba talaga to? sa village namin may free zumba sessions at night kaso mga nanays na ang nagjoin so nahihiya ako. haha! what if i do it alone and just follow vids sa youtube, okay din ba yun?

^In my experience mas okay for me to join in classes kasi gaganahan talaga ako kumilos, nakakahiya sa instructor pag tumitigil ng matagal.

I'm currently doing taebo, sabi ko kasi noon yung zumba parang pucho pucho lang, parang malamya yung galaw kasi nga you're just dancing, unlike in taebo na talagang punches and kicks.

So last night, supposedly taebo kami, kaso di nakarating yung instructor, ang pumalit ay yung nagtuturo ng zumba, my goodness 15 minutes pa lang pawisan nako, ang hirap nya nakakapagod din pero enjoy yung mga moves kasi lakas makasexy ng dating panay kembot hehe.. yung pawis ko last night isa na sa pinaka marami sa loob ng 2 months na nagtaebo ako.

I'd love to do it again kaso yung sched sa gym hindi tugma sa sched ko, but I will definitely consider zumba as an effective weight loss activity

Kahit alternate sila at every other day lang kasi hindi ganun kaganda kung everyday zumba/jogging or both.

I love zumba cardio party.
I like games well played :)

try nyo mga sis. search muna kayo ng mga weight loss before and after, nakaka inspire mag zumba XD

You should try zumba toning now, alternate with regular zumba class and jogging. Kaya mo yan. I think that would be really effective for weight loss.
