For me, the most challenging parts in working out are:1. Dragging yourself out of bed in the morning - Whenever I wake up, my brain negotiates for a few more minutes of sleep or to pass first and 'make up' the following day. One thing that literally lifts my body off the bed is the thought of my THIGHS. They're so difficult to tone. I work so hard to tone them yet falling off the routine for just a few days will turn them back to jello.2. Pushing your body to work harder when you already feel tired or sore- When I'm running out of breathe and my heart is ready to pop out of my chest, all I want to do is stop and again, just 'make up' the following day. What motivates me is working out in front of a mirror and see how my thighs have transformed into something more acceptable in my eyes
My old figure and love for fashion. I used to be kikay (but not in a frilly, girly way ha) and I miss my old style huhuhu. Sana talga makabalik na ko.
