I used to ride my bike for 30 minutes, as much as 3-5x a week and hike up to 4 miles weekly but now that it's warmer I've had to find an alternative.  Decided to buy a rowing machine (Concept2) a few days ago and I plan to do at least 35 minutes 3-5x a week, trying to keep my heart rate in Zone 2 for most part of the routine.

I practice Yoga 5x a week.
Do strength and resistance twice a week.
Zumba (because I teach) 7x a week but not everyday. :)
Whenever I can, I try to squeeze in running for cardio endurance and Yin yoga for mobility.

It's best if you change your routine every now and then. If not kasi, the body tends to plateau.

For the past two weeks, I haven't been able to do Insanity because of my early work schedule so I have been alternating the following:

I. 3 sets of:
- 20 burpees
- 20 push ups
- 20 hop squats
- 20 switch kicks

II. 3 sets of:
- 20 walking push ups
- 20 jumping squats
- 1 minute high knees
- 20 side burpees
Whatever I want, I get. If I can't, I don't stop TRYING.

No more jogging for me. Nagtry ako bumalik last month kaso sumakit tuhod ko.

Tue and thursday - yoga workout. Sa lang din. (ginoogle ko lang). Tapos bumili ako ng yoga mat para mainspire talaga ko.

From 50kilos down to 48. Partida panay extra rice at cakes pa ko nyan ha.

i have a very busy lifestyle. work plus study kasi.

pero sa work naman lightly active. madaming lakad, madalas nakatayo hehe.

4-5x a week ako mag exercise. mga 30 mins. a day lang. laging toning exercise na lang after warm up syempre since di naman nga laging nakaupo sa work ko. lagi ako naglalakad...

I'm down to my last 10 pounds, they said ito yung pinakamahirap i-lose so I've included kettlebell workout every TTHS, kumuha lang ako ng tips, videos sa youtube, then MWF ko, taebo pa din for 1.5 hours

I will try 20 goblet squats every morning para mag shape up yung butt ;)

hi. i just want to ask if okay lang bang 3 days cardio then 1 or 2 days na muscle building? i'm planning my own workout routine kasi and nalaman ko na kailangan magbuild ng muscle para makapag lose din ng weight. parang ganito yung plano ko:

monday: cardio/kickboxing
tuesday: low impact cardio
wednesday: muscle building
thursday: low impact cardio
friday: muscle building

okay lang po ba yan mga sis? thank you sa reply. i really want to lose weight na kasi.

I've been doing Kayla Itsines' Bikini Body Guide https://www.kaylaitsines.com.au/guides/

mahirap sya! It's circuit training 3x a week and low intensity cardio 3 days a week rin. Yun circuit training medyo madugo kasi you're supposed to do the exercises continuously within 7 minutes. So ilang beses mo uulit ulitin yun exercises until your 7 minutes is up.
