^ i think that is too much for me. ok sana, kaso ang problema ko may slip disc ako so I have to take it slowly. I am into Yoga pero basic yoga lang and now trying hot yoga. Both of which are really good, I think. Mas mahimbing ang tulog ko sa gabi. Mas masarap matulog.  :D

Nakaka relieve din ng stress.

I saw some cheap yoga mats in Landmark, I think nasa 500 lang ang price. Any feedback on these gals?

Next month provided na medyo maluwag ang sched sa project, I want to start na on bikram yoga. Last year pa dapat kaso I had an operation sa bandang wrist so I put it off and ito, super tagal ng panahon ang lumipas. Haha. To those who have lost weight in bikram, how frequest are your sessions and ilan nalose niyong weight?

Btw, thanks to the gt sis who shared the free yoga class schedule in Makati. Will try it out with another GT sis possibly this month. ;)

Tried anti-gravity yoga at beyond yoga. OK naman sya. enjoyable. ampangit nga lang ng itsura pag nakapatiwarik. parang un skin hinihila ng gravity. Dont expect to look like iya villania pag nakapatiwarik, i dunno how they manage to shoot her so beautifully in that position for the ad.  Beyond yoga studio has good ammenities. Medyo pricey nga lang yun anti-gravity. I think PHP 600 per session.

With regards to yoga mat, yun tig php500 sa landmark di sya ganun ka sturdy.  pero its good for entry level yogis para di masyado mahal incase magsawa ka sa yoga di masyado sayang. :)

^ I attended Bikram only for 6 times in a span of 10 days. Nakakapagod sya but I really liked it than normal yoga.

Mas strict yung mga instructors (case to case kasi pag regular yoga), but in Bikram, at least sa na-attendan ko, super strict sila.  Like kung kelangan magkadikit palms mo, dapat buong palm all the time.

Make sure you hydrate yourself well - before and after class. During class naman, bring a bottle of water.

sis, saan branch ang pupuntahan mo, what are their rates?
