add ko pa dito planking everyday. mga 3-5 mins, tingnan ko rin kung may effect sa akin after ng ilang linggo.

Naku i-push mo yan sis. Planking (whether forearm or straight arm) is really good.  I started doing yoga a year ago mga March, as a way to lose weight and as a therapeutoc means for my LBP. On and off yun till May of last year. And I resumed it regularly from October of last uear till present and ongoing. I got married last June, and I love my arms hehe.  Well, it was loads better compared sa last year. Pero I also the love the overall feeling of strength and yung na stretch ka. hehe. Kaya go lang sa planking. Good luck :D
what doesn't kill me makes me stronger
