Yup, better. At least for me...pero malayo rin ang presyo nila. Dati I asked, meron 120K.
Under construction. Building a better person. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Gaano ka effective to mga sis? Any tips pra hindi masayang in case ibili ako ni hubby, super convince ko siya eh kasi sabi nya sa dami raw ng kilala niya na may exercise machine sa bahay eh mga 90% daw dun ay hindi ginagamit, as in display or tambak [textspeak!] :)

very effective siya sa akin. When I first used it 3 years ago, nag lose yata ako ng 5 k / mo. I used it everyday 30-45 mins. pero siempre sabayan din ng diet, not crash diet but just eat in moderation.
Not only that, my cholesterol dropped significantly.

Until now , ito pa rin gamit ko . , pero 3-4X a week n lang , just to maintain  my weight . It's a slow impact exercise and nasa self discipline lang naman talaga ang pag exercise. If you want your self to be healthy and fit , With or without the help of machines. Pero , mas maganda kung meron .  Encourage your hubby to use it also para sulit at di siya manghinayang.

sis jajamom, fave cardio machine ko elliptical.  since low impact, I can go faster at higher effort level, without injury.  perfect sya for me for building stamina

I think I agree with your husband.  pero depende talaga sa discipline ng tao yun eh.  You can buy a very good machine, pero kung hindi gagamitin regularly, sayang lang.  Yung treadmill ko, 2x ko lang ata nagamit....  pero kasi I'm a gym person.  I regularly run sa treadmill sa gym pero pag sa house, tinatamad ako.  I need other people around me para ma-push ako.  seeing the physically fit people in the gym serves as my inspiration

^I think pareho long sila.  ang edge ng [textspeak!] elliptical since low impact, masmadali itaas yung speed and effort level, so you get to burn more calories.  plus, meron din movement yung arms, so mas ok.  sa treadmill, it took me a few months bago ko nakaya tumakbo.
