^ I attended Bikram only for 6 times in a span of 10 days. Nakakapagod sya but I really liked it than normal yoga.
Mas strict yung mga instructors (case to case kasi pag regular yoga), but in Bikram, at least sa na-attendan ko, super strict sila. Like kung kelangan magkadikit palms mo, dapat buong palm all the time.
Make sure you hydrate yourself well - before and after class. During class naman, bring a bottle of water.
