matagal ko na gusto try ito kaso lang namamahalan ako sa dvd eh... mukhang ok yung workout, hindi boring. hay, sana may mahiraman ako ng dvd...

super mahal nung DVD nito. I dunno if available na dito sa PH, sa internet market ko lang din kasi nakita.

I've read sa net OK daw talaga. Angel Locsin and Bubbles Paraiso are into this workout. They do it almost everyday. Evident naman diba? Grabe, Angel's abs is effin' HOT. kakaloka. Kaya I really want to try the Insanity workout.

I've tried the fit test. Sobrang hirap. Actually, I saw some of the videos. Kahit yung mga tao sa loob ng video ay nahirapan sa work out. As in they fall out sa formation to take a rest. Ganun ka-bongga. Insanity talaga.

Will try the 2nd video later.

Angel is not their endorser. Sa US started yung Insanity Workout.

tama ang name ng workout.. insanity! i've done the fit test and it was ok.. pero after i finished day 1, i had to stop 'cause my body was aching all over.. yung day 2 naman, i never got to finish it kasi hindi ko na talaga kaya hehe..
