Anong pwedeng alternative sa Xend express? Palala nang palala ang service nila, and this week was the worst! A GT sis sent me an item last Monday pa, Thursday afternoon ko lang na-receive, and that was because kinulit sila ng hubby ko!
May "priority" delivery daw kasi everyday, according to the rider, when he finally delivered the package. He couldn't explain to us how the priority status is determined by their operations group.
So warning lang, pag natapatan kayo na maraming priority ang Xend, mamumuti ang mata nyo kahihintay sa package nyo and don't expect any explanation from this company. MAGHINTAY KA NA LANG!
Imagine it's been four days and hanggang ngayon di naka-up ang tracking no. Yung mga call center agents nagsisinungaling pa, every day ibang dahilan ang sinasabi. Finally, sinisi nila yung rider sa area namin and these were the reasons given by different agents:
-"hindi makontak si rider kasi hindi sumasagot sa cellphone" (for two days???)
- "bago kasi sya"
- "hindi makita ang bahay nyo" (duh?? that same day may nag-pick up ng package na rider ng Xend from our house)
- "first thing Thursday morning, kayo ang priority"
We were asking the call to be elevated to a supervisor, sobrang tagal kami pingahihintay tapos laging napuputol ang line. As a last resort, we were asking for the number of the rider or the operations group, ayaw rin ibigay!!! Pero wala namang maitulong ang call center.
AND HERE'S THE WORST PART
Nung dumating yung rider, ang sabi nya never syang tinawagan ng call center and his cellphone was turned on the whole time. ipinakita pa cell nya sa amin to show proof.
The previous day lang (Wednesday) itinurn over sa kanya ang package ko (but the call center confirmed that the package was picked up from the sender Monday pa).
AND HE WAS NEVER TOLD THAT MY PACKAGE WOULD BE PRIORITY FOR THE DAY. In fact, late afternoon na nya idineliver sa amin, at nagkataon lang daw na may mga kasamang ide-deliver sa area. Kasi nga may ibang "priority".
