I.   Purpose and Overview
 
The following guidelines set the precedents for the GIRLTalker forum culture as well as the rules and regulations its members must abide by in order to sustain an open-minded atmosphere of sharing and support.

Apart from the Purpose and Overview (I), this document has three sections: What is Female Network? (II), which contains the organization’s vision and mission; the GIRLTalker Profile (III); and the Rules and Regulations (IV), which also include the penalties issued for violations.
