mine is

Boil monggo beans until desired softness. ( i like kasi yung durog na)

Saute garlic, onions, tomatoes. add pork you can also use tinapa or daing na labahita.

^you can check it naman sis. kuha ka lang ilang piraso tapos i-check mo if malambot na, others kasi preferred durog at yung iba naman [textspeak!] buo buo pa.

masabaw ang munggo ko... unlike the usual dry and thick, mine has to have a lot of veggies and soup... i put in a lot of ginger and siling haba for the added taste...

tip lang po, kasi bad daw for arthritis ang monggo because of the uric acid... while the mongo is boiling, magse-separate yung balat ng monggo from the laman... scrape off the skin from the soup and just work with the laman... di na ganun kalakas yung uric acid nun...

My ginisang monggo:
1. Boil monggo until lumambot.
2. Saute garlic, onion and pork strips (cook for 5-10 mins, or until the meat is tender)
3. Add tomato (cook for 5 mins)
4. Put monggo.
5. Bring to a boil.
6. Put ampalaya (or leaves will do).
7. Chicharon as topppings

:-)
i would love to love you like you do to me....

my version of ginisang monggo:
2.Para sa sahog - fried pork, then chop into bits.
                        - chicharon and tinapa (yung laman lang)

3. Igisa ang onions and garlic, then isunod ang bagoong alamang tsaka tinapa.
5. Igisa hanggang sa desired effect, then lagyan ng mga 1/2 cup of water
    (gusto ko kasi ang malapot).
Taste and timplahan sa gustong lasa.
6. Wait till kumulo, maybe mga 5-10 mins lang, then

Fave monggo ko.

Boiled yung monggo gang sa lumambot.

Sa kaldero, igisa mo na yung bawang, sibuyas and add the shrimps, prawns depende sayo.

Then okra, tapos gata...
