Hi mga sis, I also tried Ace Water Spa sa new branch nila sa Pioneer. Nakakuha kami ng voucher last year for almost 600 pesos for two.

I suggest sa mga hindi pa nakapagtry, visit Ace Water Spa. Nakakarelax doon. Healthy na nabawasan pa stress namin. Saka nice ang facilities. Malamig nga lang sa room. Pero all in all I loved it.

They also have swimming lessons para sa mga interested matuto. I just dont know how much.

Sis kaleidoscopo i like your post ng mga tips for swimwear. Thanks! I'll take note of your advice. ;)

Sa swimming group ni coach, dalawa kaming 30+(freestyle),may 7yrs old(backstroke), may 10yrs old-previously from Bert Lozada(freestyle), may 51yrs old(dra.)iba iba ang time namin, pero minsan nagkakasabay kami dahil late yun iba. Guide niya practice ang isa, then ang 3 kids with different levels na, practice practice makes perfect.
Si Coach lagi sa Rizal stadium weekdays talaga, so you could pick your time sched.between 8:30am-4:30pm (I like her time flex and more personalized coaching)

I recently returned to swimming as my friends as cross training for our running. I thank my parents talaga na pinag-aral nila ako ng swimming early in my life. Because of it I feel comfortable sa water. Parang review na lang ako and improvement ng form.

Dahil hindi naman ako kapayatan at hindi comfortable showing skin, I wear a rash guard and swim shorts over whatever swimsuit :D

Sinilip ko yung ymca arroceros, the place is not maintained as per my impression, compared to Rizal and ymca gandara manila( 20meters indoor pool and needs a membership fee), ymca arroceros unpainted walls surrounding the pool sucks, madumi sa tingin, kahit ang entrance is 100pesos.
