pwede din water sis instead of milk ang ilagay daw... siguro mas malasa kung fresh milk ang ilalagay talaga.

Meron din ako recipe but no eggs and no butter... Mas masarap siguro kung merong egg and butter but medyo magastos na.. :D

sis pashare din ng recipe mo if you dont mind? thanks  :D

I just tried this recipe and was very easy to do! My family loved it..

Ingredients:

3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup white sugar
3 tbsp baking powder
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup melted butter
3 cups fresh milk (I used alaska fresh milk)
quickmelt cheese (for toppings)

Procedure:

1. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar).
2. Put eggs, milk and butter. Mix the batter well. (I used electric hand mixer)
3. Put the batter in small muffin pans and let it steam for 10 minutes or until inserted toothpick becomes clear.
4. Put cheese on top and let it steam again until the cheese melts.

After that, let it cool then ready to serve na!!! Enjoy!!

i tried to do this a while ago...
bakit kaya ganun naging outcome ng akin maasim sya...
sinunid ko naman ang recipe..
i used nestle fresh milk, magnolia gold butter, pero ganun pa din..
san kaya ako nagkamali... :'(

Thank God for this thread, I'm in the US now and have been craving Goldilocks buttered puto.  Comedy itong thread ha, puto naging kutsinta pagcoconut milk ang ginamit :)  Ask ako ng brother in law kong American "isn't that a bad word?" when we were talking about how to make puto :) so funny

kung kaya nila, kaya ko rin! :)
