for removing blackheads/whiteheads i may suggest to exfoliate more often para ma-unblock yung pores ninyo. Then try to use facial mask para naman maalis yung excessive oils and maalis din yung mga dead cell build up.

one may use Exfoliant Scrub and then Clay Pack or Glacial Marine Mud for Mask!

hope it helps. :)

effective away to prevent this is facial talaga every month kasi it oil and dirt trapped sa pores.

Have you girls tried yung Bench na pore strips? Ito kasi yung gamit ko for the longest time at parang yun lang yung effective sakin. Tsaka siyempre facial once a month. Hindi naman dumadami yung blackheads ko. Sarap nga ng feeling after.

^ sis im not sure kaso sobrang young naman yata nya to have blackheads. pero sis over the counter naman ang panoxyl kaya i think even 13 year old girl/boy can purchase.

panoxyl 10% is for severe bacne po..
may mas mababang percentage.. yung lang di ko sure kung gagana for blackheads.. at hiyangan lang din sis

pero para sure consult you derma muna.

hi sis, actually babalik talaga ang blackheads and whiteheads every now and then kung di ka regular sa paggamit ng facial scrubs kahit twice a week, kaya nga recommended to use facial scrubs to slough off dead skin cells 2-3x a week. It is categorized to specialized skin care process to make your skin look fresh, soft and smooth! Kapag kasi hindi siya natanggal, kakapit sa skin natin yan, kaya tendency nagkakaron tayo ng black/whiteheads kasi na-trap na dun sa open pores natin, no other way to slough it off, but to use facial scrubs and other skin care treatments. :)

nothing beats steaming method for me. ;)
yung itatapat mo yung face mo sa hot water (as in smoking water), para mag-open yung pores mo then mare-realease yung blackheads/whiteheads.
i have been using iwhite din, effective for me, nakakapull ng whiteheads and blackheads pero di lahat natatanggal.
and once a week i scrub my face. ;)

for those of you who haven't tried facial cleaning... i suggest, don't dare anymore... i have big pores now because of having facials... so now as much as possible, iwas ako dyan... what i do is prevention... how? no no no to scrub as much as possible... i was so addicted with this before but i tried to get rid of it (yung 3x/week i made it once a week)... i learned that when we scrub our skin (with big pores) tendency is they get bigger and bigger! >:( didn't you notice why koreans have less pores? or if not no "big" pores at all? it's because they don't really use scrubs... pansinin nyo ang isang way nila sa pag rejuvenate/ to get rid of dead skin... it's the peeling brightening product... yung instant peel na cleansing... i also don't believe na kailangan natin ng luke warm water to wash our face... for them siguro pwede kasi they have a very cold weather making their skin more dry... eh mahalaga sa kanila na moisturized ang skin kasi sa anti aging sila naka tutok.... but for us here in our country... yung oiliness natin ang issue... making us more prone to acne/pimple... so maybe before using cleanser, luke warm water para ma open ang pores... then cleansing... it's also very important to pick the right cleanser when washing! suggestion ko mild liquid cleanser ;)  or that instant peeling cleansing, and then after, ice cold water for rinsing para maclose ang pores... been doing this for couple of months and i noticed my skin is less oily now, less tendency to breakouts!  :D no no no to pricking of pimples too! this will only give us more breakouts, dark spots (pigments) plus irritation to our skin... if ever you started having facials already, do it khit once every two months... but be sure you do the proper way of maintenance... oh btw, the charcoal mask/ nose strip/nose pack/mud pack/facial mud pack/clay mask anything na natutuyo sa face natin is one best help also! and once in a while.. sheet mask for hydration lalo pag cold weather :) we can't follow other people doing or using this "sheet mask" because we have different skin types... :)  *** THESE ARE JUST MY SUGGESTED WAYS OR HELP TO ALL OF YOU... IT'S UP TO YOU TO FOLLOW PARIN PO :) JUST WANNA HELP LANG ;) ***

^ agree ako. pricking/facials can enlarge pores. dati nagpapa facial ako kaya visible ang pores ko sa cheeks. And I still dont know how to minimize/cover them.  :(
