para sakin Smart Communications kesa kay Globe Tel. Mababa ang salary kay Smart pero madaming bonus at magand benefits. kesa kay Globe mas mataas ang salary pero panget na ang benefits di katulad dati, chaka mag outsource na si Globe ngayun, mababawas na ng regular employees, nagtitipid na sila according to globe tel employees.

Okay daw dun pag nasa entertainment ka or senior ka. Super dami daw benefits and freebies especially Christmas. Yun nga lang, parang sa entry level medyo mababa daw ang starting salary. And marami daw contractual or under ka ng agency. Try mo icheck openings nila through internet search engines.

^ Di rin ako IT pero super dami ng mga tulad ko non-IT sa Accenture working sa Solutions. Engineering grad ako. Some others na na-meet ko are MedTech, MassCom, Pharmacy, Stat, etc...

Sabi nila, Accenture daw. Daming job openings daw ngayon doon at bongga ang incentives nila sa referral programs. Particularly sa Solutions, madaming bonuses, work-life balance programs, trainings at iba pa.

I think SanMig is still one of the most sought after companies for employment. A friend works there, ayun nga lang, she's a daughter of a high ranking General kaya she made it through so fast.

Sis, I please help.. paano ba mag apply sa accenture for solutions? Nursing ang course ko. Ang alam ko lang yung Care Management para sa mga registered nurses pero mas gusto ko sa Solutions kaso wala naman ako alam sa IT

What position kaya pwede? I don't know what will I write in position applied for and wala din nga akong knowledge sa mga IT stuff.. but I really want to join the solutions sa Accenture

^ hi sis! nun nag-apply ako they asked what position to apply for. Di ko alam lalagay ko then I heard the one in front of me say ASE kaya yun din nilagay ko. ASE is the entry level for solutions.
