^I'm not sure sis kung need pang pa-confirm sa hotel mismo..
Kasi kami pag naka-book na sa agoda, derecho na sa hotel then ipakita nalang namin yung confirmation thingy from agoda and ID for verification. Na-try na namin many times without confirmation sa hotel. OK naman.

Hi! I'm planning to book our sg hotel for august thru agoda. 3 kami magshare in 1room. Puwede ko kaya ilagay na for 2 pax lang then sneak in nalang yung isa? Do they allow that or strict sila in terms of the number of pax stated in the voucher? Thanks :)
Thank You Lord for my beautiful little princess Lorraine Janelle:)

^ di naman sila strict sa ganyan just be discreet... wala makakapansin nya except kung sobrang liit ng hotel mamomonitor nila in and out pero kung malaking hotel naman hindi

when i booked a hotel for my brother through agoda, i called the hotel and asked if pwede ang 3 sa room. nakalagay kasi sa agoda 2 pax lang. wala namang problema sa hotel kasi sa website nakalagay max of 3. naging 4 pa nga sila sa room e. pero iyong pang 4th, discreet lang.

Question po regarding sa actual amount to pay for online booking.
I already chose three nights before CHECK RATES.
The amount shown there is 3,xxx pesos for one room and three persons.
Is that already for three nights or is that for just one night?

I hope someone can help me here.
Thanks.

Edit - It's per night... I failed to check the header.

hi! just want to ask how will i print the confirmation of hotel bookings? print ko ba sya directly sa email page? or transfer ko pa before printing? yung confirmation na ba na yun yung magiging voucher ko? first time ko mag book online. ano yung ippresent sa immigration officer sa airport, if ever?

na confirm na din ng hotel yun booking ko, nag email kasi ako mismo sa hotel and nag reply naman agad sila..  worried lang ako baka di tanggapin yun sa airport?

sorry if off topic po pero sa booking.com ako ng book.

Just print the email you received from booking.com. So far, did not encounter any problem sa immigration.

I usually book sa  asiarooms and asia travel, both have the policy that your going to pay upon your arrival in hotel

when i did the booking nun sa HK, SG MAlaysia same lang ang price ng agoda and asiarooms, mganda lang sa agoda you earn  rewards

then ng nasa hotel na kami sabi ng PINoy staff sa hotel, most of their booking daw from agoda kasi mas mura, so succeeding travel namin  sa ng Agoda kami,, okey naman sya

this time naman ng book ako for BKK cheapest ang agoda compared to asiatravel and asiarooms

never pa kasi akong ng cancell ng bookings and travel dates but this time we might so Im really clueless kung pano

sis, we've been using Agoda din lately. I believe under manage booking you can cancel your reservation or call their CS. One time kc I inputted the wrong dates, but I realized it before paying pero na reserved ko na something like that. So I called the CS to cancel the reserved one, para maka book ulit ako. I hope that helps.

@gorgeousmama I believe each hotel have different rules so cancellations, some are non-refundable, free cancellation etc. Try mo search ulit sa Agoda your hotel that you booked na, then sa baba ng type of room you can see kung what policy applies for that specific room for cancellation. Hotels have free cancellation in some of the their rooms, bka you might get lucky na that particular room is ok to cancel.

What will you do if few days before your trip you called your hotel (Grand Luis Lodge) to arrange for the airport transfer and the hotel tells you that you are not booked with them.  You are fully paid with agoda since two months back and have all the Agoda booking confirmation long before.  Then you make an international call to check with agoda, which will make you wait for 15 mins and thenyou  decide to hang up because the call is already costing you so much.  Then you will receive an email from agoda saying: Kindly be informed that the hotel has advised that they do not have your booking and are fully booked, we are able to fully refund you for this booking if you would like thank you.  Hindi ka ba maiinis? Friday na trip mo at wala ka pang hotel.... matutuwa ka ba?  Gano kaya katagal bago ko matanggap ang refund ko.  One thing's for sure.... will never book with Agoda EVER.

^nope. got busy sa work and I read dito sa GT na reliable naman daw booking and all you have to do is present the confirmation ng agoda.  Naisip ko na baka Wala pa info ko sa hotel, could still be under agoda or something if I checked earlier.

Dapat pala lagay ng agoda sa procedure na call the hotel to confirm after you receive our confirmation.   Nagtuturuan ngayon ang hotel which is Grand Luis at ang Agoda kung sino ang naging negligent sa kanila.

But just the same magbobook na Lang ako straight sa hotel Kung kailangan ko rin pala to get in touch with them.... isa na Lang kausap ko.  Ngayon dalawa ang kailangan ko kausapin, the hotel that won't accommodate me and the one that has my money.

There are a lot of benefits in booking straight sa hotel.  This is based on my upcoming Macau and Hongkong:
......to be continued later.
