What i do with my Crispy Pata is I boil it the day before, then keep in the ref overnight. The next day I will broil it sa turbo para less sinful.. It's awesomely crispy! My bf loves it!

sis ano setting ng turbo mo? tia! :)

highest setting sis 250, tapos about an hour, malutong na yung crispy pata.

ang gusto ko sa kanya, nandun sa ilalim lahat ng mantika na lumabas dun sa pata, oh diba healthy. ;D
