Pinapalambot namin yung pata sa boiling water, salt, onions, maggi magic sarap, then kapag malambot na, as in malambot na malambot, isasalang lang namin sa Turbo broiler, after an hour, crispy pata na! Very yummy!

we use our turbo broiler too and on max heat setting

pinapakuluan rin with salt, pepper, garlic and bay leaf

tapos we rub the skin with salt before ilagay sa broiler... it makes the skin super crispy!
hi sis cha.. when you used the turbo you did not freeze your marinated pata anymore? and may I know how much salt I need for the boiling part?  thanks :)

Kakagutom naman... I miss eating crispy pata! Mag-isa lang ako dito sa Thailand so dyahe naman if I cook and eat one whole pata just by myself (literally pigging out na!).

after pakuluan, finreezer ko muna ng 30mins. then turbo highest setting. after 1hour, crispy na, ang sarap with mang tomas!

@princess
