sa party ng two kids ko lagi marami nag-sponsor.. kahit mga small items lang like balloon burst and mascots.. even cake nung 7th birthday ng eldest ko.. sponsor ng mga ninangs..

Now sa birthday ng son ko next month.. madami dami din pero di masyado like my daughter's.. kasi mas close friends ko yung ninang ng eldest kesa sa ninang ng son ko.

what's nice is that yung red envelope ng daughter ko nung xmas.. part of it binigay nya sa baby brother nya for the ice cream daw..  :)

ganun nga ang sabi nung nakausap ko kaya dapat daw ipareserve agad yung solo baptistry at yung reception venue as soon as makuha na yung birthcertificate para sure kasi siguro marami ring nagpapareserve.

dapat pala may restaurant rin akong back-up para sure... just incase na di na available yung venue sa date na gusto namin... haaay... hanap mode nanaman ako.

Hi mga sis,

help me naman to decide..i need your POVs and suggestions...

we will be arriving in Manila 7th of April and my son's birthday will be on the 10th. actually, pinaka-pa-bday na namin sa kanya ang out of the country trip. yun nga lang, being a 3-yr old kid na sabik sa mga pinsan, parang kulang pa rin ang birthday celebration nya without other kids. in that case, we were thinking of throwing a very simple party na rin.

meron na akong nabiling mga give-aways for a jungle theme party... san at pano ko kaya i-execute yun?  ??? mga 20 kids and 50-75 adults siguro. max na yun. gusto ko sana may mascot pero hindi naman yata open ang Jollibee na may sariling theme. we live in the south nga pala but guests will be coming from both south and north.

thanks!

i strongly suggest you organize na a full set up birthday party... puwede namang maging simple kahit full set up.. though, siyempre, as to compare to a jollibee party, mas pricey ng kaunti pa rin yung non-fast food/restaurant party.

just the same, may mga mura lang naman na venue sa south area... like southbay garden and raya garden... just right for the number of guest you are expecting... raya for one is 5k or less lang.. then look for a catering service provider na willing mag-multiple colored na table toppers and chair ribbon at balloon ang centerpiece and yet, hindi tataas sa P300 per head ang basic menu package... para kahit di ka masyadong mag-decor, colorful na rin ang ambience... as early as now, get in touch with an event needs supplier na nandito sa Manila to help you out plan your party... para pagdating mo, minimal na lang ang gagawin mo at wala nang ngarag factor... marami tayong ka-sis dito na ganyan ang ginagawa...

but if you would consider Marikina area pero not Marcos Highway, try Gaberielle's Place... it's located at Dao Street Marikina Heights... http://venues.multiply.com/photos/album/168/Gaberielles_Place_with_set_up_ cheap na yan pero may mas cheaper, Parang Pavillon http://venues.multiply.com/photos/album/174/Parang_Pavilion

Just the same, meron pa talagang mas cheaper pero wala pa akong picture eh...

just to share... i chose panciteria san jacinto for my daughter's baptismal (pero last year pa yun). i got their baptismal package for 50 pax. i would give them a positive review. masarap yung food and maraming servings, though yung drinks 1 round lang. kasama na dun yung cake, guest book and souvenirs. well, yung souvenirs is yung basic lang, pero oks na rin. sa food talaga thumbs up siya. yung function room sobrang lamig lang nga ng aircon. :)

i'll be giving birth palang pero were planning for march baptism na ng daughter namin. My officemate suggest for a Mary the Queen Parish in San Juan and when i inquired bale walang bayad sa church, donation lang. If im not mistaken good for 4hours na ata yun. I forgot to ask for the ninong and ninang though. hehe

Hi mga sis.. on tight budget din ako.. sana hanggang 25-30k lang kami for 50 pax na. kasama na sa 50 pax yun kids kasi mga nasa 15 or less lang ang kids namin yun iba pa dyan baby hahaha. anyway yun nga nadale na kasi yun 9k namin para sa photo.. we got niceprint. kasi when we check digital print nasa 5k ata package nila pero di pala yun hard bound ang bibigay na album unlike niceprint na me free blow up picture pako na me magandang frame.

so if ever aside sa jolibee at mcdo.. shakeys sana kaso hay elmo ang gusto namin na theme or si berni at bert.
ako na din bahala sa balloon hahaha DIY ko hehe from arc to mga nakatayong balloons to centerpice balloon cacareririn ko na isasakay nalang sa sasakyan kahit fast food kasi i'll make sure na yun alloted na time for ingress at egress e kasya.
need to be either makati or the fort lang ang venue kasi kailangan gitna kami ng south at north hehe.. baka me alam naman kayo. shakeys kasi sana kahit yun tag 200 each pa na food carry lang.... kaso parang mauudlot pa ata. gusto ko sana the food is similar also to shakeys yun me spag chicken pizza etc na plated.

moonchild: yup masarap talaga food nila. college pa ako dun kami palagi kumakain ng family & friends. i chose un set menu not the baptismal package kasi i have my own cake & souvenirs. ok na rin un 1 round of drinks kasi eat & run naman usually pag binyag unlike bday parties.

melmedrano: sayang sis. sana before wed napuntahan nyo last week. nagtaas na kasi sila. un 2874 na package for 10pax naging 3k++ na. buti na lang we paid agad kaya hindi kami naapektuhan
