I agree with the others. Try and check your gait and how you pronate and choose the right shoe by brand/style. I'm an Asics fan, my old pair of running shoes were from the 2100 series nila, with more stability ito for over pronators. They were fine, but now I got a new pair, the SD-Lytes, this is from their line of Cushioning Shoes with some Stability Control. I love these better, lighter than my 2130's, but cushioning is excellent at tama lang yung stability control.
Please check the Asics website, all their Shoes/Styles are laid out there. Especially the Running shoes. Great guide. Afaik they've opened na a store of their own. Hopefully they carry a more extensive range, unlike other stores that have them, piling-pili lang talaga.
I order mine online tapos balikbayan box. So much cheaper if you get older styles like I do, got my SD-Lytes on sale. I have a pair of their Crosstrainers also, which I know aren't available here. Fan ako ng brand na 'to cos I love the fit and sizing is sure across all their styles. So maski I order abroad, sigurado ako sa fit all the time. Plus they really have great shoes that perform and deliver well for me. Hopefully they get represented here a bit more, they're pricier talaga but worth it.
