one of the best series. i love the message, yung struggle to fight against poverty & slavery, of course the love story, the greed for wealth and power, how people are blinded with physical beauty, and yung twist ng fashion (i can imagine Katniss' outfits  ;D). in the end, kahit nagsucceed yung Districts against the Capitol, and Katniss & Peeta ended up together,  hindi pa rin sya happy ending  coz in a war, there's really no winner. so many lives were taken..  :-[

PS it felt so bad that Finnick & Prim died  :'(

Oo nga, so sad. Though di masyadong na highlight yung pagkamatay ni Finnick.
Can't wait to know who will portray Finnick on the movie. hehe

Finnick is redundantly being desribed with bronze skin. And Finnick has a nice body, a hunk. Pattinson on the other hand, is a pretty boy. :)

A more handsome version of Taylor Lautner would do. But frankly I don't think they'd get anyone famous because:
1. It's a waste of money since people would watch anyway
2. The branding of the actor would mix in with the Hunger Games identity which is best to be pure and exclusive.

2 cents :)

just finished reading this a week ago and i really liked finnick's character a lot. i think sam claflin is an excellent choice to play finnick. hahaha. kinikilig ako. sad lang talaga na he died.  kawawa si annie and their baby boy :(

I finished reading the books last year and I'm looking forward for the movie.

Haha! Kaka inip na sobra yung Catching Fire, 2 years ba naman tayo pinag antay. Sabagay we can't blame them kasi nga naman another Casting nanaman at di madali gawin yung effects niya. Pero ang dami nang ibang books na inaabangan, they might not sell as they did before, pero it's a good things na maganda yung naunang movie.

Anyway, that's OT na, pero ako lang yata nung naiiba dahil Mockingjay fave out of the three, parabg dun lumabas yung maturity ng writing ni Collins. Hehe!
