i really need this. for some reason i can go on for a week without having any bowel movements :( this is the reason why i pack pounds easily.

i heard from some people that regular colon theraphy can make them lose weight too.

try it sis! for me, okay siya kasi constipated din ako eh. ginawa ko 3 days before my session, nag carrot/celery/cucumber juice lang ako. then 4th day, colonics. sarap!

hi sisses--pardon for being rude pero please do not rely on c-llium fiber as it will slowly erode your body's natural ability to move normally over time,,,google fiber menace and see for yourself.

The best way to induce bowel movement for me is the ff:

Do the VCO bowel + lemon detox.


Take 1 tbsp virgin coconut before eating lunch and dinner.

Squeeze two lemons on a glass of water every day after waking up. Do this for 1-2 weeks and witness your bowel movement normalize without the dependency of psyllium husks.

hi mga sis! ako rin parang nagrrely na ko sa biguerlai slimming tea..if hindi ako nakainom three days bago ko magbowel movement...ok lang  ba laxative? wala ba siyang harm sa health? eh kasi hindi ko kayang uminom ng VCO tnry ko grabe muntik ng bumaligtad sikmura ko..hndi ko na inulit..
i know HE has reasons why until now we are still waiting..

Colonics has several important benefits not just bowel movement.

It aids your immune system.

It prevents several diseases... since the colon is our biggest
"waste disposal", I think of it as our dump site...
