sali ako dito.

ako last gym last 2009 of sept-december 2nd week lang :)

from 120 to 90 lbs. then nag stop ako pero maintain lang tlaga na no rice. pero ngaun 100 lbs na ko  :(. at 25-26 na waistline ko. kaya nag enroll na ko for gym. start this august to november lang. for wedding preps. tee hee!. sana ok ulit.  :)

Soon to be Mrs. TAN!!

sana may naiinom na organic and safe drink na pampaliit ng puson at tiyan. wala na ako time mag exe rcise. pero exercise lang talaga ang effective para maging bodylicious tayo mga girls. dati, nag eexercise ako bago maligo, halos araw araw, kaya lang wala ng time..magluluto pa ako ng fud namen ni hubby bago pumasok.

thanks for this thread...i also need to flatten my tummy but I don't know how, ang lake ng puson ko..huhu hindi proportion sa katawan ko mdyo maliit kc braso ko. :(

Ako nag flatten na siya and was able to wear a two piece last month sa bora. Pero now, mejo lumalaki ulet, hay puro carbs talaga ko and two weeks ng walang work. Best way sisses is exercise talaga. Cardio then crunches, super effective!  I'll go back to doing it again, super worth it eh. :)

hip hop abs.. nabasa ko din sa isang thread, so todo search ako sa net and was able to look for the vid, ang pinili ko yung 6minute video... enjoy and I can feel the effect agad 1 week ko pa lang ginagawa pero di din naman araw araw

^ Radio Frequency sis.

I guess kung RF alone, mabagal yan. Dapat combi with lipocav. Pero if you're doing exercises naman, pede na siguro ang RF lang. Kasi yung exercise na yung mag shed ng fats and yung RF na ang mag tone. Tingin ko lang ha, di naman ako expert, lol. I'm combining this two kasi. :)

hello mga sisses.. share ko lang yung routine ko.. tummy and puson my problematic area talaga.. but somehow napaliit ko... kasya na yung mga fit na blouse na walang nkabulge maigi and yung mga shorts ko maluwag na pati [textspeak!] sa thighs... at the best is nkapag two piece na ulit nung ngbeach ;D

hindi me tabain talaga but yung tummy and puson ko lang mabilis lumaki. Since busy sa work (i know excuse ito  :P ) kaya walang exercise tapos sarap pa kumain.. ayun lumaki.. so what i did since december (may nabili kasi groupons for summer vacation kaya todo papayat haha) is this:

* juicing
> i bought a juicer and may recipe dun ng mga juices. dapat irereplace lahat ng meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) kaso nitry ko 1 day hindi ko kaya so what i did eh tuwing breakfast na lang.
actually before breakfast mgjuicing muna ako.. then eat balance breakfast.. ngrrice pa rin me pero small serving (around 2-3 tablespoon) tapos meat/fish plus veggies.

> then after 2 hrs medyo gutom na ako so mgsnack ako.. apple, pear, watermelon or 1 piece of bread.

* cereals (yung sa nestle .. i usually buy yung may almond para may lasa naman)
> lunchtime .. i eat lang yung cereals (30g) plus any fruit.
> after 2-3 hrs magugutom ulit.. small snack.. minsan 1 empanada or 1 pandesal with palaman .. or anything na may makuha basta small portion lang.. so i can eat pa rin yung gusto ko.. hindi feeling deprive  ;D
> dinner time .. cereals na ulit (30G) plus any fruits.. 

tapos may cheat day ako.. i can eat anything i crave but in moderation pa rin :D kaya hindi naman me masyado nahirapan mag-adjust sa diet
i try to exercise.. (walking and minsan treadmill) but hindi regular :P siguro kung sabayan ko ng regular exercise mas ma-tone ko na tummy ko... [textspeak!] puson medyo may onti pa... pero napansn nga ng mga friends and family ko pumayat daw ako and maganda daw [textspeak!] pagkapayat hindi yung ngarag or dry [textspeak!] dating  :D

sana ma-maintain at ma-tone ko pa for the coming days  ;)

^Nako matry nga yang 2-3 tablespoons of rice na yan sis!  ;D Ako kasi yung tao na sobrang payat pero ang laki ng tummy at puson. Ang sagwa tuloy tingnan, lalo na't mas lumalaki na tummy ko kesa sa boobs ko. Pwede na mapagkamalang preggy.  :P

@kyuza yup sis try mo.. ok lang pag breakfast mas madami ka makain rice pero kapag lunch and dinner try mo konti na [textspeak!] rice.. another thing pala.. ngshift ako to brown or minsan red rice.. nung start nanibago me kasi iba lasa :p what i did is halo [textspeak!] regular rice with brown rice hanggang masanay ako na brown rice na [textspeak!] :D

lately almost 3 months na me wala exercise yikes  :-[ but so far hindi naman lumalaki ulit tummy ko.. basta sinusunod ko pa rin yang diet (although i don't feel na diet siya kasi nakakain ko pa rin gusto ko teehee)..

^Ako naman I like the taste of brown rice. :) Pero dakilang matakaw ako, sana kaya ko ding yang ginagawa mo sis. Buti ka pa, congrats! :) I'll start having 3 tbsps of rice tonight. Aja! :)

^^ i second the motion. haha. my waist is like 22-23 lang. un puson talaga un malaki esp. after eating tsaka sideview. :-[ natetempt nako mag RF. huhu.


wow kaiinggit naman daw ang waist line mo sis, leeg ko na yata yan eh. Problem ko na din to now, before hindi pa my daughter was 3yrs old now and I dont know what happened kasi pagkapanganak ko naman as in balik sa dati no bilbil at all. Ang nagpapahirap kasi sakin hindi ako normal mag poops dun nag start lumaki tummy ko.

Mga sis familiar ba sa inyo ang smart curve sa top health? Effective po ba talaga to? May promo kasi sila ngayon at gusto ko e try pero gusto ko muna marinig yung mga feedback kung talaga bang effective yung smart curve baka masayang lang ang pera ko  :(

mga sis, I do jogging and crunches and then leg raises.  This would really help flatten your tummy and show your abs.  If mag start ka pa lang, try doing 10 mins of jogging then 50 crunches and 20 leg raises.  Try this every other day.  Add reps nalang if you feel like you can do more next time

ang natural way lang sis at effective talaga is jogging at jumping rope at eat less rice and avoid softdrink and sugar eh..yun lang ang alam ko na nababasa ko sa mga research na how to flat your tummy so far.
