Bellarocca is expensive for me,, maybe in the future, pag na promote na ko, or honeymoon..

regular rates are really expensive, so it's best to wait for promo rates. maganda yung tie-up promo nila with BDO. yung 3d/2n stay nila sa 2-bedroom terrazza lumalabas nasa 6k something lang per person (4 persons per room dapat).

nothing to do there. relaxation lang talaga.

over mahal ng food. =)

yun lang. =)

we brought 12 cans of beer, 1 red wine and chips. no corkage fee.

mukhang tuloy tuloy na ulit flights ng Zestair sa Marinduque. Dati pag nag book ka for late Oct 20 and beyond no flights available na pero ngayon naka advertise na 'daily flights' to marinduque. I tried mock booking for Dec may available flights na ulit!

been to bellarocca via their promo on deal dozen...

room:
loved it!!! comparable to manila pen which is 5 star in quality though not that spotless but credit for their being in a separate island... but it was very spacious.... more than enough for 2 persons

special mention on their very comfortable bed with 5 super down feather pillows

hope I can have the same one someday in my own room...

amenities:
you'll not get bored if your idea of holiday is relaxation. Loved their snorkeling, lots of fishes who would eat bread even if its still in your hand

staff:
ok, and they were very well informed except that sometimes they are not too smiley

food:
well an area for improvement... but I would recommend bringing some canned goods and chips and breads and whatever you can bring as its expensive and not much selection but the pizza is soooo good!!!! had to order twice

overall:
loved our stay here.. would recommend it to friends as long as they get it as discounted rates

Personally, I liked the food.

I think what happens is that people order the usual mga Filipino dishes so of course you get to compare it to cheaper (but masmasarap) versions of it in Manila or in your own home.

Try their other dishes. Might be pricier than the Filipino dishes but really good!

We really liked everything that we ordered! Best thing to do is set aside a budget for food when you go to Bellarocca. Think of it as eating in a hotel/nice restaurant everyday for all of your meals. We paid around P10k+ for food during a 3d 2n stay (2 people)

sakay po kayo ng bus going to going to Quezon. signboard is 'Dalahican' which is sa port mismo ang last stop. nung first at last punta ko ng Marinduque, may dala kami car. nasa port kami ng around 2am then at 4am may viaje na papuntang Sta Cruz pier. maganda yung viaje kasi nasa eastern part siya kaya kitang-kita yung sunrise. pero since sa Balanacan po kayo sa other port po ang baba nyo. may mga supercut na nagbibiyahe rin na dito ang baba. maganda rin po mag-road trip dito basta kaya ng car ang zigzag at rollercoaster ride.

now ko lang napansin na halos naikot pala namin ang Marinduque that time. we arrived at Sta Cruz port then nag-stay kami sa Tigwi for 2 days and then we departed through Balanacan port.

next year, punta ulit kami dito. i guess we'll try to visit BellaRocca naman

tip mga sissies... if you can maximize your baggage bring lots of foods or sa airport buy some

its still a lot cheaper than in the hotel...

but I agree... I enjoyed the food here.... loved theirchicken cordon bleu and of course pizza

our group gave in. pikit mata kaming nagbook ng flight sa zestair. ang mahal! hehe
di kasi talaga swak sa sked namin habulin yung roro. ipapa-lodge pa kasi ang dog namin..

Just got back from Bellarocca. And I agree with most of the comments here. View was fantastic! And have to agree with mathet! The bed and pillows were to die for! Ayaw ko ng bumangon, seriously. About the food: Fortunately for me, I was with my senior citizen parents, so the food was relatively cheap.

Only downside was the trip to and fro. The tickets were expensive! And there was just an awful smell throughout the airplane ride. Ugh.

mga sis, gano kalaki/kaliit ang plane na bumibyahe dito? parang yung pa-Caticlan ng CebuPac o mas maliit? kumusta naman ang flight? di ba nakakatakot? I really wanna try Bellaroca, pero medyo takot ako sa small planes.. pinakamaliit ko nasakyan was yung pa-Caticlan/Coron na, mga 70+ seater yata yun.

sabi ni hubby praning lang daw ako, pero yun nga.. one hindrance sa akin para maka-try ng Bellaroca (and Batanes, and El Nido...) e yung small planes..

okay naman, di lang masaya yung amoy ng aircraft. kayang tiisin tutal 30 mins lang naman yung byahe.

^ thanks sa reply sis! Mukhang kaya ko ang ganyang size na plane, basta above 50-seater.. Will consider Bellaroca for next year. Pero Sept-Dec na kasi me mga naka-sked ng gala ng Jan-Aug. hehe..

went there last weekend of nov, katas lang din ng promo deal. yung buy 1 take 3.

- dahil wala kaming luxury of time magtravel sa gabi, pikit mata na kaming nagbook ng flight via zest air.

- speedboat transfer, sana yacht ang ginamit or any other na may bubong. ang init kaya. hindi naman lahat ng guests gustong magbilad sa araw. at sana hindi dugyot yung towel na provided para iwas splashes.

- continental breakfast lang yung kasama sa promo deal, pero lahat kami na-upgrade sa buffet breakfast! yehey! (lahat kami kasi lahat ng iba pang groups c/o promo deals din! haha inannounce ng bellarocca staff)

- deluxe room is very spacious. i love the balcony and the bathroom.

- di masyadong achieve ang tv. ang old school lang. for sure mas high tech kung sa villa ka magsstay.

- no other choice of toilery brand. wala ding lotion. again, siguro pag guests ka ng villa, mas bongga ang toiletries at pwede magpalit ng brand everyday.

- the resort - lakas maka-greece! ang photogenic nya.

- im not a fan of mountains, pero walang anggulo si mt. malindig. ang ganda ganda nya sa umaga, tanghali, at hapon.

- the beach is artificial. made of corals and shells yung sand. may malalaking clear jellyfish sa beach.

- infinity pool area is probably the best spot, and the most crowded too..

- kayaking and snorkeling lang ang free. all other water sports, may bayad na. anyway, ok naman yung guide. accommodating.

- prices of the food is tolerable naman. dishes, okay naman specially yung beef brocolli. avoid the pizza, sobrang mediocre!

- service. attentive ang mga staff and cheerful but most of them are still inexperienced. it would really make a big difference if they'll provide things even without being asked. plus points kasi yun.

i've never been to bellarocca, so i'm a bit useless here. but i do agree with the above poster about quality of service being a big plus. i'm reminded of one such example in another hotel. the reviewer said he went for a dip in the pool, so he left his towel in one of the loungers. the pool area was empty; there was nobody around. when he finished one lap, he walked back to his lounger where his towel was crisply rolled and a cold bottle of water was waiting for him. and yet still, there was nobody around. now that's the kind of invisible and unobtrusive service that sets the bar too high for other resorts.
