I used to feel the same way when I was still part of the call center/BPO world for 5 straight years. And then during those times, I lost my interest little by little. Although, during the last few years I was just doing email support. Call center job is very stressful, at least for me. But it was fun, too.
Then I realized, I don't wanna do this for the rest of my life. This is not what I enjoy. I want a different arena, which would later on be in the writing field. So there, I took the plunge and left the call center industry for good. Now I can truly say that I enjoy what I'm doing.
With that said, I guess you should find your passion and go after it. Find a passion-related job so you won't feel like working at all.
Now with regard to your studies, continue it no matter what happens. You may prioritize your family first but when you find time and means, go back to school. It's never too late to learn--and age is just a number. Hehe.
I don't know if this will make you feel better or what. Even though i finished college education, I plan on going back to school to get a second degree, which is related to writing--my passion--my profession. And I'm like what, in my late 20s already. So, don't fret. HTH.
