Philip Stein
« on: October 08, 2009, 04:34:46 PM »
I was looking for a not-so-kikay timepiece to add to my Fossil and Pink Rudy Project watches and I saw this in WristPod.

Loved how it looks in my small wrist and I got the Gun Metal Signature Collection in Black (Roman).

I was surprised that after two days of wearing it, I was able to have a rested and relaxed sleep (even without Melatonin which I stopped using for a long time now) which I don't usually have.

Found out eventually that this has supposed health benefits due to the MultiFrequency chips at the back.. I bought it without being aware of such features ..
So, now I ask.. any feedback from other PS owners of a similar effect of the supposed chips?

For me, I know it's not imaginary because I was not aware of it in the beginning.. I just wanna hear it from those who have it too.

I think it worked for me too. I now easily tolerate my husband...seriously!

I have the same model as yours in large. My strap is silk leather in black so I feel like I'm Erap in style. Astig! :)

@sis angel che,
my wrists are small too.. i measured it for you just now.. it's 4 3/4 in diameter.. bagay naman yung small na cage for me.. i just have them add 2 more notches. parang leather bracelet ang dating.

:)

i was looking at the other leather straps they have kasi i'm thinking of having a replacement para hindi kaagad masira ang calf leather ko.. kaso kelangan ko pa budgetan..

i wanna buy all the straps! ang mahal lang kase.

if you're in a budget and not so maarte naman, i saw this koisk in MOA, aspey or asprey yung name (it's near shapes' store), they sell straps ala philip stein..costs around 1K for an alligator band...sabi nung nagtitinda, sila daw talaga yung tagagawa ng straps ng PS, just don't know if it's true...and hindi rin naman ako bumili ;D

u may try ebay, merong nagse-sell din dun at a lower price compared to mall prices...HTH

alligator for 1K?! hmmmm.. anyways, hubby just got me a white snakeskin strap for my PS Gunmetal Black Roman.. an alligator skin strap costs 10,800+ ah.. ok ba ang craftsmanship nung tinda nila?

^yung 30% off sale nila is around the same price of how much it costs in USD sa official website.. pinaka mababa eh nasa mga 600USD.. so mga 29K yung discounted from original na 41k ayt?
i think that price will be how it is for now coz of the recession..
it's worth the price sis.. hope other PS users would post.

funny, i think it emits that frequency for relaxation that even sa commute ko, if i get in "the zone" for a short light nap, i catch myself having dream fragmentations despite the conciousness of half-awake/half-asleep mode.
it's kinda cool actually. hehe.

@ sis feline.. ummm..mukha naman ok..but i guess hindi ito talaga alligator skin. i think these are alligator grains which are usually sold at a cheaper cost.  but the design (ala-alligator skin look) are just the same..can't vouch for it's durability though...

been wearing mine for almost 3 years na, nung una talaga, i thought it was me lang...sumakit ulo ko on the first few days..but nawala din naman...and in my sleep,, grabe! heaven!! then when i don't use it for a couple of days, ayan na  naman headaches ko...kaya i dont remove it na (only when i take a bath) ;D ;D
