Napapansin ko...why is it kumunti yong number of posts ko?

I know that kung ma-close ang thread na pinapasukan ko, possibility is kokonti yong posts ko. Pero di naman siguro everyday na lang na may mako-close. Para kasing everyday bumababa masyado.

same here, di na nga nabago yung number of posts ko eh kahit ang dami ko na napost after.

although di naman paramihan ng posts, kaya lang parang mas may credibility ang member pag mas active.

ako bumaba by siguro 2k na yung postcount ko.. baka theyre cleaning up GT, dinedelete na the threads na matagal nang locked/umabot sa page limit.

i totally agree. What's important is the quality of the post.

anticipate that locked threads, threads that reached the page limit, off-topic/irrelevant posts (like sis sugardrop mentioned) will be deleted para less clutter, easier browsing dito sa forum.

besides, who cares about the post count, kahit ilang beses ka pa mademote, content pa din ng posts ang importante sa forum na to.

well, if GT is doing that ranking and stats thingy then I think it's relevant. If not, bakit hindi common rank or 'Girltalker' na lang ang displayed ranks ng each of the members dito.

The thing is, people are by nature, achiever. One will try to be active just to be a Senior GT or higher. Tapos na-achieve mo nga, only to be taken away dahil lang nag-delete ng posts??

I think from a computing standpoint mali yata ang formula ang gamit ng GT. They are not really accounting true historical counts ng postings - if this is where they base rankings. Storing a simple counter is not much of an overhead and very minimal, if none, sa impediment ng performance ng GT site.

^yeah right..so parang nasasayang lang pagpopost natin dito ..di nila magawan ng paraan na kahit magclean up sila eh mare retain yung post..is that possible...dapat wala na lang ranking..i know a forum na walang ranking..mas maganda siguro yung ganon. ewan ko lang if the admin will listen.well sana nga..hindi balewala ang section na ito na comments and suggestions

yun lang, parang nawawala yung sense nung paglalagay ng post count since meron ilan posts na nadedelete din naman..

pero sana naman may sense ang pinopost, andami ko nakikita lately na parang nagpapataas lang talaga ng post count eh, mga puro oneliners na wala naman naitulong hehe. mga "i agree", "LOL", "tama ka", "korek"..

It's not just the ranking...i mean, i've been a regular here for years but i dont post as much. Nakakatakot for me to find out that one day, bumaba yong no. of posts ko and be relegated to newbie status!

Aside from that, i've been taking care of my reputation here. I wanna build a name or a recall. How can i have a credibility kung ang liit-liit ng no. of posts ko?

ay naku, laganap yan ngayon. lalo na't di gaano active ang mod(s) ngayon.

andami jan nagpapataas lang ng post count. at eto ang tactic ha, nagddouble or triple post pa!

eh ang kokonti lang naman ng laman ng post or minsan nga wala pang sense basta lang may masabi. tapos magkakasunod pa. grrr

halatang gusto lang maging mataas ang post count, sinasamantala habang wala pang mods.

anyway siguro nga dapat talaga tanggalin na yung post count ala pex, tapos ilagay na lang yung status like newbie, junior, senior,etc..

Minsan naiinis ako pag biglang bumababa yung post count ko. Lalo na kase hinde naman ako pala-post ng mga one liners (yung para makapag-post lang like 'padaan lang po').

di na nga ma maintain ang post counts..tapos wala pang maayos na reputation system..alam mo yun? as a reference lang..i know a forum na pag may ginawa ka or madalas kang magcontribute..e gagawin kang contributor..then may awards pa..ang kuripot ng gt noh when it comes to acknowledgement? tsk tsk. well, nakikipost lang naman tayo wag na tayo magreklamo.

ayaw lang siguro nila ng pa-star factor..maybe...
